When I was trying to book a flight and I called about baggage they told me that my flight home was on standby. The customer service rep told me this is standard with all companies (which it’s not). I then tried to talk to her about this and she hung up. I was being polite and respectful and she hung upThis company seems like a scam
What a scam of a company a was redirected here from Jetcost and they tried charging me an extra £400 for a bag there was no warning there was no baggage on this fight, I mean who travels long haul from London to Chicago with out even a carry on bag for which they wanted £400, they then wanted to charge me £75 for no twanting the flight with an additional charge, will definitely be contacting the ombudsman
