I had a great experience with Flix Auto Transport when shipping my car to a new state. The process was smooth, the driver was professional, and my car arrived safely without any issues.What really stood out was their customer service—they even followed up a couple of months later to make sure everything went well. That level of care meant a lot. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto transport.

This was a first time car shipping experience and admittedly nervous . It was perfect and will absolutely use again. Car was picked up and delivered the exact days promised. Communication was excellent. Driver was very friendly and professional.Was encouraged to make contact with any questions which I did and was reassured. Highly recommend!!
I was amazed that my GMC Sierra made it from Boston to Chicago in just a couple days. The condition was in good shape. I would do business with the in the future!
I was extremely nervous about the idea of shipping my car and from the first communication with Jack, my nerves were eased a bit. I had spoken to several other companies but it was something about Jack that comforted me and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. Happy to say I made a great choice! Communication was clear, pick up was smooth and on time, and at drop-off my car was in perfect condition. And, I paid exactly what I was quoted (unlike some of the horror stories I’ve heard from working with some other companies). The driver was also very nice both times that I interacted with him. Would definitely use Flix again!

The communication and contact throughout this whole process was amazing! Jimmy and his team kept their promise- especially after the last place was a scam. I called them yesterday to set everything up and today for my car delivered by 3pm!
This was my first experience with any kinda of auto transport and Flix did a great job. They made the arrangements worry free and the three cars I had shipped were delivered a day before I expected them. I highly recommend them!!!

The company - Zack and Travis- were very helpful and kept me apprised of the time and date for pickup- the driver, Alfredo, was excellent; courteous and professional. Despite the storms my car was delivered in less than 48 hours- safe and sound. I will definitely use this company for our return trip rom florida.

Please don’t make any deposits this company is scamming people. Worst experience with despatch manager and sales manager from services. nasty liars. They asked for deposits upfront via Zelle and did not refund me when they could not find me the towing driver. After that I decided ask refund because they could not find the driver.
This is the second time I have used Flix, and Jimmy has been very helpful with getting transport needed to where you need it, and in a quick fashion. I will use them again in the future.

WE needed two vehicles transported one from Florida going to Ohio and one coming from Ohio to Florida. They originally agreed to 775. per vehicle then tried to raise the price to 1000. on the vehicle coming from Ohio back to Florida. I spoke to a guy named Tony and a guy named Nick. Tony was who quoted the 775. apiece on the vehicles and Nick (supposedly the guy in charge) raised the price. No go for me. Look elsewhere for transport!!
