My order was charged twice in my bank account. It took three days to place my order. It was difficult to communicate with your Co. And now I'm trying to cancel one charge in your company. I don't need 12 lamps; I only need 6. Please, help me to fix this mistake. Thank you Mirthea Nevisi

Flyachilles is a totally unsatisfactory operation! My light fixture was manufactured in Asia and was of poor quality. The fixture was not UL listed so unsafe to install. They don’t have a return and refund policy that is fair to consumers. They send multiple messages to negotiate a unreasonably small refund. I don’t recommend that you buy from Flyachilles or any other company that ships from Asia. There are other lighting companies which don’t manufacture their own products and are operating similarly under different name ie Vakkerlight. Buyer beware!!

I just want to say i am highly disappointed in this company. I made a very large order for my home project and my sons room. Initially, i was offered free express shipping but during checkout it only showed the standard shipping. I went ahead to place my order of over 1,000 bucks. When i reached out to customer service to apply the express shipping i was asked to pay an extra 160 bucks for express shipping, which i did. 6 of the items were immediately shipped and i was told the pending 3 items will be shipped in 2 days time. 5 days later and no tracking number. i even wrote an email and was ignored. I finally contacted support again and was told the 3 items were shipped via standard shipping. why??????????????????????? This will really affect my plans and ruin our designs. This company is proving to be unreliable and they do not care about their customers at all.

Company has agreed to a full refund of my non-working lights. Deducting one star since the lights failed to work, otherwise, satisfied with the outcome.

I needed a discreet, simple light to brighten up the 3 set of steps leading to my front door. There are no street lights in our private community and the porch lights do not light more than the 3-4 top steps. The 2 lower set of stairs are made of railroad ties and I couldn't find anything that I liked. I found these with a simple google search and loved the recessed lampshade and that they were LED. I decided to put two on either side of 2 columns at the top set. The other two will each be on a railroad tie half wall on one side of each set of stairs going down to the driveway. I can keep them on from sundown to bedtime and cheer up the outside front from the street. Excellent price with discount on multiple lights.

Very good experience with Flyachilles purchase. The customer support is always available. "Claudia" is, quick to respond and thorough. I received detailed answers on phone as well as emails. In addition, Claudia sent me the extra parts I needed for self-wiring at no charge. The product "LED strip lights" are good quality and beautiful. Also, they are a great price when comparing to other similar LED lighting at our landscape stores. I highly recommend Flyachilles products.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Communication was very quick and they truly wanted to resolve our concerns. They gave several solutions to our signage we were enhancing and offered us additional lightening to resolve the lack of light. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Flyachilles to others.

Our only issue was that you do not take Discover, so we needed to use an alternate payment method. We love your designs, and the light we chose; not only for its unique design, but also for the number of lumens, which will provide bright light for our kitchen island.
Customer Service personnel was very acommodating. I had an issue with the unit I purchased. The unit lacked the features I expected. They addressed with a solution satisfactory to both parties. The light was put in service and performed as advertsed, It lit the tree all the way to the top.
