I went ahead and bought the service before I got my tint. I didn’t end up needing an exemption because I kept it legal. And the customer service was great and they helped me get my money back.

Garbage
The form they give you will in no way shape or form be accepted in most of the states they claim it will work. They will not actually fill out and sign the DMV form so the paper they email you is absolutely worthless unless you print it and use it as toilet paper.

I live in New York and used ForeverTint to help me get a Medical Window Tint Exemption for my car. The process was quick and easy, and I just received my official approval and certification from the state in the mail today!This exemption will make a world of a difference for me when it comes to driving during the day time.

Got my Tint Exemption letter the same week.
I used ForeverTint to help me apply for a Florida Tint Exemption and everything was super easy. I had a Telehealth consultation with their physician the day following my purchase and was approved for a Tint Exemption.Their physician completed all of the necessary documentation listed on their website and I have already received my official Tint Exemption from the state.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for their services and received nothing. When I asked for a refund they offered me a refund minus $35 and they literally did nothing. They send you bogus login information then want you to email your license information so they can forward it to a doctor. That didn’t sit right with me. Like nothing made sense when you’re supposed to actually talk to somebody. I filed a dispute with my CC holder because they have no phone number and they only respond to emails and it takes about a day or so just to get a response! Update : I filed a dispute with my bank and successfully got my money back as of 08/18! The reviews on their page are fake. Don’t believe them. They don’t have any legit google reviews and look at the fictitious names they use
