Good product, great customer service
I have had a great experience over the past few years with Form Publisher. They allow us to have a great signature workflow and has been a very easy process. We recently identified an issue that was occurring and their customer service team stepped in and helped us resolve the issue. They were very detailed, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Form Publisher has allowed me to complete automations for my community I never thought I would be able to accomplish. The tools that this company provides are the most helpful that I have come across for what I needed. It is so easy to work with and the customization options are essentially what you can come up with. The support staff respond so quickly and are always willing to work through any issues. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to create documents.

A key enabler for our annual exhibition.
Our club has used Forms Publisher since 2014 to organize our annual show/exhibition.Hooking up Forms Publisher to Google Forms made the logistics of our online registration process viable, allowing us to accept and process more than 300 incoming exhibits in a span of 3 hours at the start of our show. Their support, when we needed to transfer our FP account to another Gmail account was prompt and personalized.

Excellent Customer Service!
Our department has been utilizing Google Forms with Form Publisher Add-On for several years now. The customization is perfect for our needs. On the very rare occasion that we have experienced an issue I have found that it is usually user-error. Form Publisher Staff have been very responsive and helpful in correcting my errors and fixing the problem.
