I love love loveeee my mattress
I love, love, love my mattress so far. I’ve had it for a month, and every morning I am so grateful I chose this mattress. I chose the Highland, and it is amazing, not too hard, not too soft. It was settled for me the moment the first day I got it when my spine suddenly popped, I think from being comfortable and properly supported for the first time in forever. And the buying experience was lovely. Ladd is so kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my purchase. I would recommend everyone stop by when mattress shopping so you can also feel the warmth of the experience.

Highly recommended
Given Urban Mattress’ very prompt and helpful response to my concerns, I am updating my negative review to a 5-star review. Yesterday, I posted a negative review after multiple delivery delays; today, I received a response: Mark from Urban Mattress phoned to apologize and Joel delivered to our home the sheets we’d ordered in January. They went above and beyond to address our concerns. I greatly appreciate their effort and understand now the many positive reviews that they’ve received, so I’ve updated my own review. The mattress and bedding are of excellent quality; our daughter loves them. We would now highly recommend Urban Mattress in Fort Collins.

The salesperson listened well and directed us to mattresses that best met our needs without any pressure to buy more than that. The delivery person patiently and carefully set up the mattress. This is our third purchase from Urban Mattress, and we've been all-around pleased with their products.

Watch out for the Taos mattress
Like many other reviewers we had a positive experience with the sales staff and our overall buying experience. Everyone was professional, helpful and there was no pressure to buy. We visited 3 times before making our actual purchase. Delivery was on time.We chose the Taos mattress (firm) which is part of the Alpine series. (It is interesting most reviews mention nothing about the specific bed that was purchased) We thought we were buying a mattress made with natural materials, but that does not appear to be the case. Sadly, the memory foam in this mattress is still heavily off gassing after 6 weeks time. It is disappointing to pay this much for a mattress that smells so bad. This bed should have come with a warning. The firm is also too firm for our comfort. We plan to speak with management about our concerns with the off-gassing and need for a softer mattress. I do not recommend the Taos.

Great folks, products
The folks at Urban Mattress are super knowledgeable and helpful but they also give you space, time, and patience as you try to decide which mattress is right for you. I actually went in about 4-6 times, even with my own pillows, to test and find the right mattress for my achy bad back and cranky shoulders and hips They have their own great Urban brand mattresses with some innovative features as well as some other brands. The mattress I thought was for me (a Tempurpedic) didn't work out, and they have generously welcomed me to trade it for another choice. I ended up choosing an Urban latex mattress that I think will do well for me... Supportive but giving in terms of pressure relief. Glad I went here and not to some other store.
