5.7 Redemption Rule is BS!
Before anyone says it, I am familiar with the 5.7 award rule. However, that isn't going to stop me from disagreeing with this rule. I play over 20 online social casinos almost daily, this is the ONLY one that blocks redemptions over $25. It is absolute insanity. Point blank, don't give free daily rewards if you are going to put such a ridiculous limit on the winnings. Hit $200 within the first 5 clicks...they refused the winnings. Only sent $25 of it and cleared the rest. ABSOLUTELY BOGUS. Have your terms and conditions all you want, but don't expect customers to be happy about it. YOU WIN WHAT YOU WIN. PERIOD.

I am updating my review they did go ina me make things right a di really appreciate that. It shows you do care about your players!! Thank you fortune wheel!!Still unable to play my 55 FP that I paid 9.99 for or the 15 FP that came with a package I purchased. Get the same answer that it is a known technical issue and they are working on it. For how many days!!!! It has been 2 already. No one has offered to give me my FP on another game, refund my money NOTHING. You can’t correct something that is your fault, I am not buying that. I will be back on here as often as I can to leave review after review after review until my account is credited for the 70 free plays that are owed to me. Didn’t even offer to credit my account the 9.99 I paid for the 55 FP package. I have never seen a platform not try make something like this right for the customer. It speaks volumes about your company. You want a good review you have to earn it!!

I fully understand the silly 5.7 rule about cashing out, namely because I’ve been through it prior with a different casino. This go around I bought a package. Won $280. Cashed out $100, wake up to $25 in my bank from them, and they took the remaining $75 PLUS my winnings I had left on the site! The loon attempted to tellMe I won for free, when I kept showing her proof of the package I purchased. Seems like these casinos selectively scam.
