STOP ✋️🛑DO NOT GET ANY LOANS WITH THIS BANK! Once you get a loan with this bank they make it almost impossible to pay the debt unless you have cash, meaning money in your bank account! WORST AND MOST OUTDATED BANKING INSTITUTION EVER! Was formerly named Bethpage FCU, but still crap. They do not have online payment options, besides a balance transfer to pay your loans. as well as the automated line only accept bank routing and account number information from themselves or another banking institution. You can't even use your debit card on their website, automated service or live representative. This system is designed to generate late fees for the bank as well as causing derogatory marks on your credit due to extremely limited methods of payment options. THIS BANK DO NOT HAVE THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! And if, you want to break-up your payment as you get it or desire to pay more frequently, it will not accept less than the actual car note amount. TERRIBLE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Invalid Suspicous Check Deposit
I cannot believe I have to make another bad review for FourLeaf but it is what it is. I am extremely disappointed with how FourLeaf Federal Credit Union handled my recent deposit. I deposited a legitimate government check, issued in my name, and instead of processing it normally, my account was locked for “suspicious activity.” I have called the resolution center who tried their best to help me but to no avail. I also attempted to reach the Chelsea Branch but did not receive any assistance.I promptly provided clear photos of the front and back of the check as requested. Despite this, they continue to demand additional documentation that the issuing agency simply does not provide. A government-issued check should be verifiable through standard banking procedures — it should not result in a customer losing access to their own funds.Because of this freeze, I am now significantly inconvenienced and unable to access money that belongs to me. Fraud prevention is important, but members should not be treated as guilty by default when depositing valid checks.I am demanding a prompt and fair resolution so my account access can be restored without further delay. Situations like this create unnecessary financial stress and reflect poor communication and member handling. I hope FourLeaf improves its verification process so other members are not put in the same position. It is a shame because I planned to return to the Chelsea Branch to establish a business membership and utilize a HYS premium. They cleared $225 of my $321 check but are making me provide documentation for the remaining funds. That makes no sense. The check is legitmate and I feel insulted that they would find such little bit of money as suspicous. I remain faithful to this institution and hope that this is resolved as soon as possible. All of this fuss just to clear $96 dollars is honestly ridiculous. The procedures must be compatible to the reality of the world. My check was legitimately issued to me. I never comitted fraud with this institution and I feel targeted. I cannot ask the government for documents that do not exist. Please advise as soon as possible.

I was with Bethpage credit Union for over 30 yearsSince the name change I do not know what happened to themI have had more trouble logging in online since the name change being lockout out constantly after a mistaken password once and not recognizing my user name which has been the same for 30 yearsLogging in on a Sunday is a joke....system down more than upThe last rep at the call center was yawning on the phone and blew off my issues as my voice became raised and then I got a lecture on how she will not help me till i calmed downYou need customer savvy people not ones who yawn are apathetic and lack customer pleasing skillsPlease wake up and be the best that you once wereWhoever your tech team is i suggest you change it because like i said always a log on problem on SundaysThank you for your attention to this matter bc now my account will go into overdraft because I cannot transfer funds to cover an auto pay the next day

This is a bank that was always on top of their game. They changed CEO's or leadership a few years back and now it's DEI Woke failure. Incompetence at the highest level. For anyone collecting a pension, this bank holds your check until the Monday after the 1st if the 1st falls on a weekend. Every other bank in America deposits on the Friday or Saturday if the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday. So if you're considering doing business with this establishment, i'd run in the other direction.

This was the worst banking experience…
This was the worst banking experience of my life. And it also was unscrupulous. We signed up for a home equity loan that was advertised online. The stipulations were that it was a good rate, and it was a promotion, and after we sold our house and went to closing that the loan be paid and that we had to keep open a $25,000 line of credit for approximately seven more months making it a full year. They switched us they switched us to a loan contingent upon the sale of our house, which was not the case, nor was it what we signed up for. It was a bait and switch. We ended up losing $2000 because the difference on the penalty of this three-year loan which we did not sign up for, ended up with us losing $4000 plus when it should’ve been approximately $2000 paying off the $25,000 line of credit per month for the six or seven months remaining. Again this was a promotion, it’s what we wanted. It’s what we were told we were going to get, and it was all a scam. Do not use this facility. When it was Bethpage credit union, it was good and reliable company. We are going to report this.
