Excellent Frame - Excellent Company
I recently ordered a Tuscan Silver frame. I originally got a slightly different color, as they had changed manufacturers, but they subsequently sent me the legacy frame as an exchange, and it is perfect. These frames are expensive, but the engineering is simple, and flawless. It simply works, and looks great. The staff there is easy to work with, and will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. It is nice to see a product that works well, and is backed up - I couldn't be more satisfied.

I'm getting so many compliments
I'm getting so many compliments on my framed tv. My contractor had some issues with the custom brackets, but was able to adjust and install. I'm sure you'll receive more orders soon.

I have three of my Samsung Frames…
I have three of my Samsung Frames 'framed' with these and I couldn't be happier. It totally finishes the look. Combined with the Samsung picture displays, these frames really help complete a room.

Exactly as Described
FrameMyTV delivered exactly as promised. The online information was extremely helpful and when I had questions about what I was seeing or what to expect, there was an expert available to walk me through it. The installation is beautiful. We would have even more compliments if we could have company into our home to see it. Our only issue so far is that the piece that attached to the TV’s remote sensor must have come loose during installation and fell off after the frame was mounted. But we have an effective work around so no big deal.

Beautiful frame with easy install
My TV frame arrived quickly and was in perfect shape. It took 10 minutes to install, including the time it took to open the package it arrived in. The frame really dresses up my tv to look like a painting on my fireplace. I’m so happy with my purchase. It was the perfect addition to my living room and each time a friend comes over, they compliment it.

I originally received the wrong frame
I originally received the wrong frame. However, once I was able to contact the customer service and sales department they were able to quickly resolve the issue within 2 days and shipped out the correct frame for my order with a return slip for the other frame. Both frames were beautifully made and I am happy with my original frame choice, Samsung "The Frame" Antique Black 43''
