Melissa Eichbrecht is so very helpful. My Medicare plan that I had this year made some changes. I needed to either keep that one or pick another that would give me what I wanted. Melissa went over the plans for my area and sent me the different choices I had to pick from. She is very knowledgeable about the different plans.

Patrick was so very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me options based on my specifications and answered all the questions that I had. He was able to allow me to pick the right supplement that will work best for me. I've already given out his contact information to two people that are close to looking at necessary Medicare supplements.
