Out of the 6 hoses kits I bought, ZERO worked. (3) split within a month or two from typical can expansion. The (3) that didn't wont seal correctly and literally POUR gas out of the can connection. Terrible product and installed per directions.
Bought a new spout for a gas can from this site, so thought nothing about buying their battery operated pump on “sale”. What I got was a shipment from Amazon and an item that was available there for half the price (plus free Prime shipping). The brand was different than the website but support said it was the same product and they sometimes ship from Amazon for speed. I don’t know but it feels like a drop shipping instance at a huge markup. Can’t say I want to buy anything more from them if I can just get the same item from Amazon for half of the “sale” price.
ordered a LONG time ago. emailed their customer service. their response was 'backordered,' have patience, etc. waited months since. called em up. zero response. done with em. this is happening more and more online these days. lesson learned. i'm ONLY shopping 'offline' in local stores & markets from now on. sick of this crap...
Sadly, I first purchased these products when they hit the market around 2019 and loved the spouts. 4 years later I ordered more only to never receive them after 4 months. They do NOT answer phone calls, return phone calls nor do they answer emails. It's beyond the 90 days to fight with them through PayPal. I've been robbed!!
