Horrible Customer Service
They tried charging for returns. They avoided my emails until I called. The rep on the phone said there was a 30 day return policy, but on the website, it says 90 days. It also says hassle free on the website which is also a lie, because it took me almost a month to even get this far. They offered a 50% return without having to return the product, which is still a ripoff for what I recieved. Would not recommend.

Gear Elevation ADDS at checkout a bunch of so called FREE offers attached to the finalInvoice. This includes a FREE 30 day membership in their buyers rewards club. Here the kicker. Not only is it designed so you don’t read the small print that YOU must remove yourself from this corrupt offer to be billed automatically quarterly for 69.99 They make it IMPOSSIBLE to delete this attached offer from the invoice!!!! I just tried. So them you must CALL them to remove yourself . There phone number is a dead one. Does not work It took me 7 emails to get removed and then they still had not removed it from PayPal auto billing!This is a scam in every way. Read the customer reviews and complaints. Never buy from this company! Absolutely Corrupt seller. I bought one small item at under $8.00 in Sept 2025. Since then they’ve deducted 69.99 TWICE fromMy PayPal account for some membership “service” that auto bills quarterly. I did not notice this until this month, in Feb 2026. Impossible to cancel thru Gear Elevation. Phone does not work. At all. Eleven emails and they finally said “ sorry to see you go “ but did not stop the auto billing, nor did they address refunding the amounts already paid OR send proof I had signed onto this membership in the first place. Of course I never did. I finally stopped the auto pay but apparently an OUT the 2 pmts of 69.99 each. I’m still fighting it.

Buyer Beware: You May Never Receive Your Order
I placed an order on December 29th for a Christmas gift for my mom. It is now mid-February, and I still have not received the product.In nearly two months, I have received zero proactive communication about the status of my order. The only updates I’ve gotten were when I called to follow up myself — and each time I was told it would ship soon. It never did.What is most troubling is that I was told I could not cancel the order, even though the company has been unable to fulfill it. Refusing to cancel an unfulfilled order is unacceptable and deeply concerning business practice.This has been, without question, the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is astounding.I will never order from this company again. If you are considering doing business with them, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.As per your response below, I did in fact call your company back the same day, communicated my preference, and was told the order would ship within your specified timeframe. After receiving no updates, I called again and was told it would be shipping soon. That was almost a month ago. I have still received no product, no tracking information, and no proactive communication.To suggest that you “haven’t received a response” is inaccurate. I responded promptly and followed up multiple times. The issue has never been my lack of communication — it has been your lack of fulfillment and follow-through.

The product was late, very late. Couldn’t talk to anybody and when I finally did, incompetent. I caught them trying sneak in the $69.99. When the product finally got to me. It was cheap, not at all reflective of the advertising or the price. Still trying to navigate my return. STAY AWAY FROM GEAR ELEVATION.

Not only was my first order insanely late, the items weren't as described. Then, when I gave feedback about how low quality the items were, they offered me equal store credit instead of a refund. Not a great option, but they refused to do anything else. So, I accepted the credit. Recently, I figured I'd burn up the credit since I'm never using Gear Elevation again for any reason. I paid for priority shipping with tracking and insurance. That was on 1/28/2026. It's now 2/9/2026 and I still haven't gotten the shipping information. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking to get inexpensive items, look elsewhere. You'll not get the shipping information. No delivery notification. Nothing. When you call them to ask, they want you to wait for another 24-48 hours for the information that they'll never send you. Completely worthless company.

Zero to one stars. I ordered a cell phone stand with one major missing part back in early Oct 2025. After a handful of phone calls with customer service + several emails back and forth, the conclusion was I would have to pay for the return for my incomplete package in order to get a refund. I was also told it is not unusual to have some "unanswered emails from management" I found this jerk's instagram account where he completely ignores my comment inquiry about my missing part. The gear elevation website purchasing screen even asked me for a tip and I get an incomplete cell phone stand that has been sitting in my room since first week of Oct. Total Scam.

Gear Elevation signed me up for a subscription plan I did not order.
I purchased an item from this company and they tacked on a subscription reward plan for $69.99 every three months, that I did not sign up for. I could not understand why on Shop, after I received my order, it said I had something that hadn’t been delivered. Looked into it further, and then realized they added the subscription plan. Literally, they add it. You have to search for it and then uncheck it. Now I can not find a way to cancel it. Found many complaints of this happening to other customers. I’m sure I’ll get their “copy & paste” reply they send everyone.

Great notification until it was in transit then lots of messages about delays. Then more messages. Didn't arrive on new timeline. More messages. That it was out for delivery then several that it had been delivered. Just a little redundancy in your communications. I understand delays, especially with our weather. Just a few too many messages. The light is great.
