The Veteran’s Hoodie is beautiful. I am proud to wear it. Customer service is fantastic they were very helpful when l had a problem with the size. (They ran a little large) I will definitely be using GearVet again for myself and gifts for my family members who serve.

I ordered an Army Veteran Bomber jacket for my husband at Christmas. Our neighbor loved it so much, he wanted one also! So, my husband ordered him a Navy Veteran Bomber Jacket. He was so happy and absolutely loves it!My recommendation is to order one size down, because the jackets fit large. Our neighbor requested a Large, but we bought him a medium and it fit him perfectly!
I placed my order# GEV48665 on 2/5. As of 2/19 I haven't received any information about my order other than the $59.99 that was charged on my credit card. If I don't hear anything from your company I will be forced to dispute the amount charged. This item was for my son's birthday which is 2/20.Diana Prichard
I ordered both a customized USN & a customized USMC 250th Anniv. cap on 12DEC25, & based on the website's info they would arrive in time for Christmas. Here it is 11FEB26 & I have not received my order. "Amber" at Gearvet was very helpful for awhile & claimed that the original order was lost, so they had replacement caps made. Tracking information is terrible & yes, it's all coming from China. Last reply received was a week ago, where "Amber" told me to give them just 3 more days. 5 days later I requested a refund. I've had no reply after multiple attempts. AVOID GEARVET.
There were so many wonderful choices on their web-site. The products ordered were high quality and appreciated. Their support of our veterans is amazing! After shipment, they followed up to make sure the order was received.

Gearvet produced a very good product and when we discovered that the phone case sent did not fit our phone, they were very gracious to replace it. They replied promptly to our problem and promised to send the correct case for the phone we have. Thank you Gearvet for a good experience and a good product.
I ordered my case for my iPhone when I received it I was happily surprised by the quality of the case with all my information on it, but I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case. I ordered a case for an iPhone 15 which is what I did receive but I actually have an iPhone 16 and wanted to return the case I received and exchange it for the iPhone 16 They offered to just replace the wrong case with the correct case at no charge. I am totally surprised and pleased. What a great company to deal with. Thank you very much

I ordered a Marine sweatshirt as a Christmas present for a family member the was a marine veteran. When I didn't receive it in time for Christmas I contacted the company and they said they would sent out another one instead. I received it in no time at all. They promptly took care of the problem for me.
The company sent my initial order. When I receive the order everything looked great. The colors was bright and vibrant, but I ordered a size to big. I called the company and they was ready to ship out another jacket a size smaller for a minimum fee and I can keep the original hoodie I ordered. I agreed to all recommendations. This company is a great company to order military coats, hats, hoodies and bomber jackets. Highly recommend them.
Customer service is exceptional! Bought my husband, the Marine a leather jacket for his 75 birthday. There was a problem with one of the patches. I notified Gearvet, they responded immediately & replaced his jacket! I ordered a second quilted jacket in the wrong size, once again they stepped up and are sending me a new jacket. Thank you.
I ordered one of the marine corps jackets for my husband in his normal XL and it fit perfectly. I ordered another for myself. I usually wear a 3XL so I got a 5XL to go over my chest. I did not realize it was a men's 5XL so it was huge. I sent an email asking to exchange it. Amber responded back within 24hrs. She explained that because they come from overseas it is hard to do an exchange, but offered to send me a different size at a huge discount. I can't say enough about Gearvet and their customer service. My husband & I truly loved the jackets. Do not hesitate to order from this company. The quality of the jackets are amazing, especially for the price.
I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. He’s a marine veteran and I thought he would love one of the jackets. Turns out I pick out the wrong jacket. His preference is a lot different than mine 😊. I told my husband I would try and return the jacket, was there one he liked better. Unfortunately the choices that were available were out of his taste range. So email this company in hopes of getting a refund.They were willing to do a refund but offered to replace the jacket with one my husband would like. I would love to say a very big Thank you to Lisa! She was such a nice person to deal with. This company went out of their way to accommodate my husband. My customer service experience with them far exceeded anything I have experienced thus far!! On my initial order i had put down Staff Sergeant as the rank for my flag purchase thinking that an E-6 in the Airforce was the same as E-6 in the Army. But to my suprise, it is not, therefore the flag arrived with the wrong rank on it, (NO MISTAKE BY THE COMPANY) The flag was beautiful, upon finding out the mistake, I contacted the Company by Email and was speaking back and forth with a very nice Lady (Lisa). She understood MY mistake and the company is sending me a new flag with the correct rank for a small packing an shipping fee. Lisa was and is a very professional REP for the company and made my experience a very calming one. I commend her professional dealing of the situation and will be ordering more product in the future. The first hat I received was awesome. Unfortunately, I when I initially approved my request I did not see that the last name was spelled incorrectly. When I contacted customer service, acknowledged that it was my error, customer service rep Lisa informed me they would replace the hat for a small fee, which I gladly accepted the offer. Great company to do business with.
