I appreciated all the help that I received from Cool Box employees - Kerry, Ty, and Lee. They really seem to care about their job and they never got upset or acted irritated about the many request I made. Honestly, I would be annoyed by myself! But, they were nothing less from prompt, kind, and resourceful! When I noticed a billing discrepancy (not their fault, it was probably their systems) they helped me out immediately.Not many people in the customer service industry actually have customer service skills, so hats off to these guys!

Wanted to take the time to share that renting from Cool Box was very organized, friendly, professional and most importantly fit our budget. For example, most rental places want a monthly rental. Cool Box offered a two week rental. This was perfect for us. We just need to move items from our small office for carpet removal and needed a secure place for a week or two. Cool Box Portable storage made it very manageable. Thank you. We had a successful move and with no effort with little worry.

RAT INFESTATION - DO NOT RENT HERE!I left my things in a pod for 1.5 years. They returned it to me 5 hours late and the unit was full of rat poo. As I dug deeper, every single box had rat nests and rat poo and urine on everything! Everything was ruined. My couch, bed, all of my clothes, all of my dishes and pots and pans were covered in rat urine and droppings. My clothes had been eaten and turned into nests. Everything gone!! Then I file an insurance claim with the insurance they offered. But they failed to point out that the rat infestation which other customers have complained about is NOT COVERED WITH INSURANCE! There is a maximum coverage of $750. So I lost over $13,000+ worth of my things (not to mention the things not replaceable) and after jerking me around for 3 MONTHS they offered me $750!! It's insulting!This place is a total scam! They store these pods OUTSIDE, exposed to the elements and rodents. And then exclude water, mold and rodents from the insurance (which are all of the things that can go wrong with your pod). I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! DON'T DEAL WITH WHAT I AM DEALING WITH. I LOST EVERYTHING I OWN!!!

Highly Recommend Cool Box
Cool box worked out great for our business remodel. I needed to free up floor space in our salon (Forever Beauty Hair and Nails, Milpitas, CA) and be able to receive new items for the remodel. This enabled me to continue operating the salon with minimal down time. The storage had ample space and stayed remarkably cool, which helped keep beauty supplies from overheating in the middle of the summer. Overall, I am 110% satisfied and highly recommend Cool Box.
