What a great piece of kit
What a great piece of kit, Arrived very quickly and was set up in 10 mins, the screen is awsome as is the camera, I can now have a rear viw mirror in my van. syncs with speakers perfectly, and is so easy to use . great product , buy one , you wont be disappointed,

Product is great. The cartablet is quick. Its fairly simply to hse and in stall. I ordered the cartablet with reversing camera for my campervan the cables a little too short. I got intouch with them to ask if they can help find me an extension cable for the reversing camera and they got back to me straight away really good service.

A very positive buying experience
At first I was a little sceptical regarding the product. Is it really faster than other car tablets? The shipping was fast with regular updates including instructions on how to use the car tablet. The tablet is really good quality with a large sharp and fast responding screen and solid mounts and cables. It does all it promises to do. The costumer service is excellent with a personal touch. Altogether a very professional and positive buying experience.

CarTablet Pro Max? Nothing Pro about it, maximum disappointment.
Saw this, my techie mind thought "great, Android Auto" for my car which doesn't have it built in!" CarTablet Pro Max, a 2025 model, arrived with a deep scratch under the screen protector, on the actual screen glass. Thankfully I took lots of unboxing photos which I was able to send to CarTablet, and they agreed to send a 2026 model as a replacement at no extra charge. So, after waiting for it to ship from China, CarTablet Pro Max number two arrives. With many smaller but also deep scratches under the screen protector. Clearly some major issues in manufacturing somewhere at the Chinese factory. More to-and-fro with their support team, more unboxing photos sent to prove it was damaged before arrival. I wasn't prepared to wait for number three with the high chance of it also arriving damaged, and to their credit they refunded the entire cost and allowed me to keep both units.Finally got a chance to fire up number two, thought maybe, just maybe, it'll be usable despite the multiple smaller scratches but those are the least of the problems. Kept shutting down every time the screen is touched, reset button does nothing... and now for no reason at all it won't switch on, it's bricked itself. The first one's scratch is large and right in the middle of the screen so isn't usable due to the dead spot it causes, and the replacement is bricked. So... not yay.Customer service? Good. Almost 5*Product quality and quality control? Abysmal. -1*.It's hammer time, I guess, as I cant factory reset either of them.

On receiving my tablet I tried to set…
On receiving my tablet I tried to set it up but it would not power up, I contacted the help line and they asked me to try several steps that I did and still no power to the screen. Every time I sent an email I didn’t get a response until the next day.The next email from the help line was for me to send a shirt video of it not working, so I did showing my engine running and the light on the power cord lit up also the power cord plugged in.The next email was asking me to upload the video to google drive that I have done and no response from the help line.So far the customer service is not good at all, I’ve asked for a replacement part or a refund but still no response.Shocking customer service

Where have you been all my life? My cars tend to be older, and pre-date Apple Carplay, but I’ve rented enough vehicles to know how valuable a tool that is. To finally find such an elegant and simple tool that brings my 2006 Jeep Wrangler into the 21st Century is invaluable! It works like a charm, and has multiple options for connecting, has adjustable brightness good for both day/night, and a simple interface that really anyone can have up and running in a matter of minutes. This is an excellent product, and is more flexible and significantly cheaper than anything else you could ever install. I recommend it without reservation.

I have not yet received my car tablet after ordering which for me is longer wait time besides the excitement after seeing the product and it’s advertised masterpiece but still at every step of my questions car tablet team got me a very satisfied answer very respectful and friendly people hope my dream comes asap thankyou for all the support till now thanks 😊
