Not so friendly
The test drive route offered by the dealership wasn't very diverse. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to test the car on different road types

Yesterday I received assistance from Lei. After a few days of calling from one company and again bounced around to this company and bounced around to that company I was extremely frustrated. He understood my frustrations, took patience in diligence dealing with me which I've really appreciated. He made sure to explain everything in clear detail to me. Ultimately I hung up the phone extremely happy and satisfied with the service that he provided, whereas I was steaming red hot. So much so that the fact he went above and beyond for me I felt it necessary to go above and beyond to leave him a review to express my gratitude for his service.
