Tires arrived quick, unfortunately FedEx misplaced 1 tire, so it came 4 days after the first 3. But overall very happy with purchase so far. Like the Patagonia ATPro tires, no really loud, just a little rumble. They do pickup gravel but only stones that is large enough to get stuck in the tread. Got about 300 miles on them now, so we will see how they last.

I don’t understand you guys want a big operation, but you should make sure you have enough of your product before you sell it. I was so tired that you guys did not have in stock and that delay making what I order in time.
Tires arrived and installed. Tires were older stock but that was worth the deep savings. I got high end Tires without the high end price. Highly recommend

Order was received ahead of time and in perfect condition. I ended up buying the wrong size (my own fault) and Giga processed the return quickly and easily.
I ordered tires with wheels mounted. I received tires with no wheels. Product was pictured mounted on the rim and included in the product description below it clearly stated that the manufacturer, OCR, specializes in tires mounted on rims ready to bolt on. The representative pointed out that in very small grey print under the image it states: rim not included. He was correct, except that a floating sale promotion window covers that grey fine print. Intentional or otherwise, I got ripped off.

Giga tires did an exceptional job on their end. Delivered on time so was ready to get installed at Pep-Boys which was the only provider near me. Wasn’t happy with Pep-boys cause I spent approx 6 hours there to get them installed but that a story for their review.
