Our bus was late on arrival and…

Our bus was late on arrival and departure time(Antwerp - Amsterdam). When we got in the bus the bus had a strong smell of pee all over. Also the bus was really dirty and did NOT have any charging ports as the websites say. Finally the seats were not numbered so anyone sat anywhere they wanted. Really bad experience, I would not recommend to anyone to get tickets for the flixbus rather than a train line!!!

Maybe you could take passengers'…

Maybe you could take passengers' security seriously? Or you gladly take our money and expose us to incredible stress during travel? I'm currently in a bus from Barcelona to Paris with a drunk woman who is shouting, insulting everyone and trying to hit people! I asked the driver to do something and he said they'd call the police but they did nothing! And now 3h almost we are exposed to violent behaviour of a passenger terrorising the whole vehicle! I tried your CUSTOMER SERVICE, looool. You closed chats twice after asking me for my details - perfect reaction while a passenger reporting an EMERGENCY. This will go to court. People, don't take Flixbus as you may be hurt during the travel and they still won't give a damn.

Don't book Flixbus if you don't really have to

The bus was late for the trip I booked, I didn't receive any notification, SMS, or message about it. So I missed the trip. Because of that, I requested a refund and the staff lied to me and told me that I benefited from the trip that I didn't get on. After I showed them the second ticket that I bought. They couldn't explain themselves and denied my refund. Worst travel company I have ever used. If you have an option for a refund on your official website. REFUND them! Not lying to the customers and denying them after being confronted. I would rate 0 stars but there is no option for it. Treat your customers better, please.
