Exceptional product quality and outstanding customer service
I have been using the Glorious GMMK Pro for a while now and after years of sticking with Logitech I can honestly say that Glorious builds the better keyboards. The typing experience, the build quality and the customization options are on another level entirely.What truly sets Glorious apart though is their customer service. I recently had an issue caused entirely by my shipping carrier, and Glorious went completely above and beyond to make it right. They were responsive, understanding and offered a resolution that was far more generous than I ever expected. You can tell that they actually care about their customers rather than just going through the motions.If you are on the fence about switching to Glorious, do it. The products speak for themselves and if anything ever goes wrong you are in good hands. Will absolutely continue to be a Glorious customer.

I recommend, the switch seem to be high quality. Can't wait to plug them in and try. Shipment was from China took a couple of week. Didn't mind it.

I bought two mice from them, the glorious model d2 wireless and the glorious model o3 wireless, and I love them, also the Customer Support is super available and replies very fastly.

I got the glorious model o wireless, and it's an amazing mouse I play Minecraft crystal pvp with it and can stack my crystals, air place, and more. I would highly recommend the mouse, but the one thing that was bad was the software. It took me forever to figure out how to update it, and when I finally did, I had to ask glorious for help. But overall, a great mouse. Buit they should probably gives those files out on their website for people to use if it won't let them update their mouse.

Great warranty experience
Bought a Model O Pro on clearance, developed double click issues after 7 months. Emailed support showing proof, and they agreed to ship me an O2 Pro as replacement. The whole back and forth took barely half an hour, very responsive!

Great pre and post purchase experience…
Great pre and post purchase experience with the customer service team. Encountered an issue with Shop checkout where it prevented me from using my Glorious reward points and they provided a reply with instructions within 2-3 hours of asking. Not realizing you had to physically log out of Shop during checkout even though I thought I did. Then post purchase when the system didn’t use all my reward points I intended to use, they exercised the rewards post sale, very happy with the quick and clear instructions through the entire transaction.

Great Communication
It was worth the wait and the wait was shorter than expected! Very good communication about everything with my product. The replacement process was about a month faster than they said it would be and they communicated everything about it.

Glorious produce high-quality keyboards and accompany that with top-notch customer support.After there was an issue with their order system and paying customs for importing an item to my region, they offered to refund me the customs fee and 5% on top of that for my trouble, when I had to pay it.They followed through.
