User UN-friendly, Hyper-Roboticized, Overcontrolling Interface
The exercises in Elements and Resilience are helpful for sure, but the progressions of them are uneven. The format (e.g., one movement for 5 minutes?!) is tedious yet also disorganized (there are no session numbers, no TOC or index, so you can't tell if you're progressing in any order). And the interface is glitchy (repeated black screens as the audio continues), clunky, hyper-roboticized, over-controlling and distinctly user-UNFRIENDLY, which detracts from my enjoyment and the programs' benefits. You control very little. For example, you can't pause a video because you have to take a call or go to the bathroom, and you can't rewind to see a piece again, or fast-forward when the instructions or exercises drag on. Then there's the intrusive quiz (that you can't skip) after every session: How do you feel? You have to pick an emoticon. What was your favorite exercise? What was hardest? Cloying, useless tech gadgetry from which you can't escape.

GMB gives you your body back
I've been using GMB courses (Elements, Recovery, Resilience, Mobility) for about 5 years, switching from yoga to GMB. I'm 50 and had suffered from persistent back problems due to desk job and cycling a lot. GMB has rescued me and given me physical confidence again. The trainers emphasize not overdoing it, take it slow and steady. I'm delighted to have found GMB and hope to continue for many years.

Integral Strength programme
I've been using Integral Strength since Jan 2025. It's a great programme and I've seen a noticable improvement in leg, core, shoulder, arm and wrist strength. Strong muscles are vital for improving the length of your health span as a human, and as I approach my 50's I'll be keep doing the workouts in this programme for as long as I can! Thanks GMB for another high quality and enjoyable programme

Excellent content and platform and trainers
I've been using GMB's online training programs since 2019 and they just keep getting better! I went through Elements in 2019 when it was sheet based and I had to figure out timers for the various modules - but the online platform their programs are on now is excellent in both showing the instruction videos, and having demo videos while the timer runs. Besides the great setup, the content is just amazing. There are progressions for literally any level, be it a 80 year old who want to practice getting up from the floor, the 40 year old computer worker with back pain, or the 20 year old needing more mobility for their martial arts - and everyone in between. The movements are fun to do, and I felt improvement in my strength and flexibility after a few weeks. And did I say it's fun to do?! That's why I keep getting back to their programs. They also have a great online community, where you can connect with other movers and get feedback from peers and certified GMB trainers. Just get their Elements and get going with it, it's the best thing!

Unyielding Policy in the Face of Genuine Hardship
I was genuinely excited to start my fitness journey with GMB's Elements program and later decided to invest further by upgrading to a bundle, including the Mobility and Inner Strength programs. However, not long after I began with Elements, I experienced a severe lower back sprain. Over a month has passed, and I'm still in the recovery phase.Given the circumstances, I reached out to GMB, hoping they might consider my unique situation and offer some flexibility in their return policy. I understand the importance of policy adherence, but I also believe businesses should show empathy and flexibility in unforeseen situations like mine. Sadly, my request was declined. What adds to my disappointment is that I haven't even accessed the other two programs I bought. I'm left with products I can't use and a dent in my wallet, all while nursing an injury. While the content might be valuable for some, potential buyers should be aware of the company's strict adherence to their return policy, even in exceptional circumstances.
