Was a wonderful experience I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Let me start with how I was introduced to the company. I met the sales rep Pete Rossi whom is an exceptional guy with years of automotive experience and know how. Also well rounded and great to talk to as well. I purchased a engine for a Buick Enclave and the job was a real headache. However the assistance provided from Go Powertrain made my personal hiccup smooth and easy to counter on my end with my own business. Mechanic shops don't always run smoothly but when your dealing with a company like Go Powertrain it makes a world of difference. They're awesome and I personally recommend them. I have to mention the Christmas cards are warm and heart felt, they've personally have made my Holiday spirits shine, Thanks Go Powertrain.

Ordered a motor one year later motor…
Ordered a motor one year later motor goes bad get new motor 5 months later motor goes bad and I’ve exceeded 100k miles so a motor that is only 5 months old is no good cause warranty does not get refreshed with the new motor. It’s not my fault they make a motor that only last us five months and 20,000 miles.

10/24/24 purchased a transmission for my dodge 3500 2010 diesel after waiting to get it in Bass Transmission. the work was done received a call to pick up my truck. I was driving my truck home, and I noticed that it was not shifting correctly so I got home and called GO Power, and they tell me I need an update to make my Transmission control module needed updating so I reach out to their programing group and the Guy showed up at my home 30 minutes later pulled up my codes and told me there was an issue with the transmission .So, he called their tech, and he told me to bring my truck back to have a Test run on it by Bass Transmission so a week later found the seals were leaking in the transmission. This one never got 20 miles on it. So now I had to Waite another 10 days for the next Transmision to be installed and 6600.00 plus 1500 to bass and then another 500. they told me the warranty that I bought did not cover they told me I should had purchased a higher coverage. Now at this time I am pissed they would not cut me any slack, so I ask to speak to the manger she told me she would call me back, but she never did so I kept calling finally she answered, and she told me that she would help with the extra cost but guess what no fat chance. no phone call no nothing. So, after the second Transmision was installed about two weeks in this one started having shifting problems, So I CALLED GO POWER and got the run around for about two weeks Finally they tell me they are not going to help me bring the transmission back and they will refund me my 6600.00 plus this was going to cost me another 500 to have it taken out then find another company to purchase another Transmision. SO, what do you think of a company that would do a Navy Veteran like this ......
