Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. I mistakenly bought something from them but their policy is once you order, you cannot cancel unless you do it within 6 hours. Then once you get the item, in order to return it, you have to meet a list of criteria which no one would be able to meet, including doing a video of your opening the package from them. How would I know to do that until after I knew it was from them? Anyway, the product that was delivered came without instructions, and despite repeated requests for assembly instructions, I never could get a reply
