This company is scandalous
This company is scandalous. They make returns impossible. I was charged $230 to return my oversized boxes partially filled with brown paper, then charged a 15% restocking fee. That’s a total out-of-pocket expense of $381 for an original order amount of $1003. So, I’m getting charged 38% for an order that I don’t have, which they, in turn, will sell to another customer. Absurd! How is that lawful?!? To make matters worse, it takes them 10-14 business days from when your return is received back at the warehouse for the refund to be processed, so you end up paying interest on items you don’t have and you returned timely. Disgraceful! I would not recommend and would give them 0 stars if I could.
