I HAVE PURCHASED THE WEFTS.... QUALITY OF HAIR IS TERRIBLE AND SO SO SPARSE. I INSTALLED ANYWAY TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK AND I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT. I CANT STAND THE HAIR EVEN TOUCHING MY NECK (ITS SCRATCHY) SO I CONSTANTLY HAVE IT UP NOW. I LOOK A MESS LOL RETURN NOT EASY...
I have been wearing Goo Goo hair extensions for probably a decade. I have found them to be the best color match, quality and price! I have tried all variations. My favorite are the new seamless clip ins. I also use the ponytails and conditioner spray as well
I ordered 24 inches jet black seamless clip in’s! Absolutely love. Over the years. I’ve went through so many brands and styles. These are giving double wefted for sure. I’ve read allot of reviews saying how the extensions seemed thin, but unless you’re going full glam….. One pack is plenty. Thick and full to the very ends. The seamless clip is soooooso nice. I have very thin hair, making it hard to hide extensions. But GooGoos seamless weft…… chefs kiss. I might grab the invisi edge next!! 5/5 because 24 inches, but giving 28 inches! 5 foot 7 inches, almost touches my butt!! Repeat customer for sure. Ps….purchased earlier AM….. they sent it out THAT day a few hours later. Thank you GOOGOO!!
I placed an order on 14th feb with a 3-4 day postage. I have not recieved any communication regarding my purchase and cannot find anyway to contact the company. Very disappointed
Licensed cosmetologist here. I am certified in another top brand and I still choose Goo Goo. The hair quality is fantastic for the price point. There are so many color options that I’ve never had trouble finish matches. I’ve been using them now consistently for over a year and really have zero complaints! The remover they sell is by far the BEST tape in remover I’ve found to date- believe me I’ve tried them all! Remover is huge for natural hair retention upon removal. If you know, ya know!! Don’t hesitate to buy. No idea how they have a 3.9 because I’m so particular and I’m happy!!
I have been wearing extensions for 30 years . This by far has been the best purchasing experience ive had. I was nervous buying overseas but it turned out great ! Hair is amazing, fast delivery and the customer service was prompt answering my questions. I reccomend them.
I ordered hair extensions which were marked as delivered, but the parcel was left unattended outside my front door without my consent. This is not a safe place, especially as I live next to a public premises, and I have never authorised doorstep delivery.Despite repeatedly explaining this, customer service delayed for weeks, redirected me to the courier, and ultimately asked me to file a police report for a delivery failure that was clearly due to unsafe delivery, not something I witnessed or could evidence.Under UK consumer law, responsibility remains with the seller until goods are received, yet this was not acknowledged. The item was intended to help with my confidence following hair loss, which made the experience particularly upsetting.I would not recommend based on the handling of this issue rather than the product itself.
I ordered on Saturday I have not had any response from them since, I have emailed them asking when I should get but have been ignored I have attempted about 4 times now
the extensions themselves are very well made and good quality. i would give a 5 but the order took over 2 weeks but other than that i love love love this website and brand!!!
Love the quality and the color . I was worried the weight of them would be heavy I cant even feel them on my head . Love them

I’ve worn extensions for 10+ years and tried SO many brands.. and these are hands down the best. They’re thick, soft, and actually look like real hair all the way to the ends. What blows my mind is the price. I’ve spent over $500 before on clip-ins that were thinner and lower quality than these. Total waste compared to this set. They would be a tangled mess within a month. GooGoo hair is extensions blend perfectly, style easily, and just make my hair look full and healthy. 10/10 recommend.

Terrible service. They refunded my order and didn’t send my shipment. I waited over a month for them to send me an email saying they refunded the money and didn’t send my order. No explanation. So there went my hair appointment 😡

As a lifetime extension wearer, I have worn so many brands and types of hair extensions. My usual favorite is Bellami hand ties sew ins. When my color was out of stock, I decided to try Goo Goo tape ins from a hair stylist recommendation. These did NOT disappoint. They are so incredibly soft, they shipped and arrived very quickly, they did not have any weird smell when they came out of the packaging. The color matches perfectly to the website and is even more beautiful in person. These are the perfect amount of ashy. I have been wearing these for four weeks now, they feel just as soft after washing and styling, the tape on them is very durable with no slipping or sliding. I take very good care of my extensions and expect the life of the hair to be very long I am 100% obsessed. I had high expectations for these extensions, and they are even better than I thought they would be. So far, I absolutely LOVE them and I will defiantly be buying them from now on!
