They charge for a free government service
I see no reason to pay this company's fee, more than $80, to fill out the form for renewing a U.S. passport when one can do it free of charge on the U.S. State Department website. The company's fee is in addition to the actual fee for renewing a passport, but their website does not make that clear.

I mistakenly fell for this scam
I mistakenly fell for this scam. I paid a huge fee for something that would have been only 50.00 on the appropriate site. I have no way to contact this site for help and they won't respond to my emails. The form to send a message to them is no longer active on the site. I am now out 149.00 and I have no way to address it other than to file a complaint with the FTC.

It was easy enough to fill in the form. I understood what it was asked of me.It was an easy process and easy to pay online. I also did other forms on the website which were just as easy to do.
