Still waiting after a month

Still waiting after a month. Initially chased after 10 days to make sure they arrived in time. Was told they’d be another 5 days. Chased at 15 days. Said they’d email the manufacturer and email me when they had. Chased at 22 days. Said they’d chased the manufacturer. Can’t do anything. Still waiting. Customer services sounds like 1 person in their bedroom judging by their muffled voice who has been trained to imply that it’s your fault by for being impatient… my relatives still have a red sheet pinned to the window.

This company used to be fantastic

This company used to be fantastic, how times have changed and the attitude to customers is robotic and lacking in empathy. I have been buying from them for years, online but from their suppliers at B&Q and others. I requested 93 inches of a roll of Orbit to complete my room, the answer was no, we don’t do partial rolls… well, why the hell not? I won’t be using them ever again. My hallway that we were planning decorating will not be supplied from them. The advertising executive Rory Sutherland once said that when you have religiously used a company, kiosk or cafe and are suddenly short of 93p and they refuse to honour this go elsewhere, that’s what I will be doing …. Shocking response to email.

I note that to date you have not…

I note that to date you have not responded to your useless generic reply which admits nothing and still you leave the customer hanging. You should be addressing your failure in the supply of expensive wallpaper ie ours at £140 a roll x4 just put in to a flimsy box without any other protection around them to arrive via the courier who himself point out the flimsy box and that all the rolls were damaged. Please can someone provide us with a sensible response and give us our money back.We will never use you again that’s for sure!Kind regardsDavid & Karen Wadham

Don't offer and charge for a next day delivery service if you cannot uphold. I organised a tradesman as I was informed it would be delivered within 24 hours.

This is NOT the Home Decor store

It is very common companies get a website closely related to the real company to scam you. Please be wary of detials like grahamandbrown vs grahambrown

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, delivery and product. Do not order from this company if you are expecting delivery based on their commitments on their website, they will not be fulfilled. The paint is not as good as dulux or B&Q Valspar trade (three coats needed) and the tone of their customer service is not acceptable.

Blind lost in shipping

Blind lost in shipping, and company seems very slow to get a replacement manufactured and shipped.I'm afraid that the "process" is anything but nimble and expeditious. So far I have heard that "I have to talk to management" before my replacement can be processed. But weeks are passing by and I am beginning to wonder if this is a customer-focused company or one that falters when issues arise.I'll update the rating when this is resolved. Currently I am frustrated, lacking clear guidance from the company about the status of my replacement, and not getting a sense of confidence.

Good Paper, terrible customer service

G&B sent me a wall mural with printing errors you could see from the end of a street. Of course we only found this out when my decorators were prepping the job, meaning that they and I wasted a day and the costs associated with it. Despite the indisputable fact that the paper hadn't been properly checked before it left the factory, their response was a cut and paste laughable claim about stringent quality controls, and basically a statement that it wasn't their problem. Just to add to the comedy, they accidentally posted me an order intended for another customer based in the USA, then told me to be at home on a friday so they could send a courier to recollect it, and then never sent the courier.

Ordered a wallpaper sample, paid my money. Received 4 very small pieces of wallpaper that were all the same and werent a true representation of the multi coloured paper.Should of just ordered the wallpaper & sent it back if I didn't like it.

Quality wallpaper

I ordered wall paper from this company, was very pleased with the quality, it looks fantastic. Our decorator said it was the best paper he had hung.

Sorry, but I hadn't finished... Now I am.

> The one that best sums up my own experience, the people who ordered 'thunderstruck grey' and got purple, or vice versa.Bumbling.And who do we blame when no one can get anything right? When you can't trust what you're paying for? We're only just coming out of the EU, can't blame that. But can say we've been dependent on others for too long. No one has any skills now. No one has any artisanal ways about them. Maybe it's time. Est. 1946? Prove it. Make your parents and your grandparents proud, and so it goes~~[Ordered more paint after, in two sample pots, to try and finish the last wall, shade sent was of course not matching and could never be matched. Had to repaint the 'feature wall' in white with Valspar and then ordered what I suspected could be the shade - either 'Burnt Saffron' or someone else suggested it was more like 'Lioness' - and that was wrong (and, frankly, a horrendous shade and coverage), it also smelled like cat piddle, exacerbated by the temperature, when the sun hit the wall or the window was open, and I had to sponge the wall down with white spirit vinegar to destroy the bacteria or whatever was variously ascribed to be causing the smell. After this, Lioness, I decided I could not stand the shade and have just repainted the wall, white, two coats of Dulux, and have opened the tin of Burnt Saffron; applied a bit, to be sure, but same smell, and greasy, oily, drippy, water-based, watered-down rubbish, a worse shade than the Lioness, like tan schizophrenic wall smearings or used diaper contents, and really not anything like the website comparison or how it looks fresh in its tin.Graham & Brown are a crooked, thieving disgrace. Possibly a slow and graceless fall into administration.Although I did wonder, which bothered me, if it was the old couple who started the business in '46 who are no longer able or operational at their craft and have failed to realise it.I am stopping, I am fuming, more ways than one, with this noxious, 'eco-friendly', nu-toxic paint (or neuro-toxic, from the feels of it).Gonna vinegar and white over that test patch, which is luckily just a top corner, and get some farrow & ball or some other brand, or at this point just regress into a feral state and finger paint (hand print) the wall, make it arty and stress-relieving, and never look back.]

I sent for samples of wallpaper from…

I sent for samples of wallpaper from this company and they took the money for them. I never received them and so emailed to cancel the order as by that time I’d purchased wallpaper from another company. I have never received my refund. Thieves don’t deal with them
