Wake up Walmart!

Wake up Walmart! The rest of your customer base for delivery service is heading out the door. A business does not..and should not..take money on contract with the promissory of a deliveryonly to fail, repeatedly on their end and to add injury to insult, continue to accept additional orders "knowing" they can't uphold their end of the contract!If Walmart is going to continue this farce at least spend a little and get your own delivery employees and delivery trucks.To rely on third party drivers ( who don't show up and don't care ) completely contradicts the professional aspects of the delivery service.Your customers lives are more important than to be standing around waiting for hours, hanging on the phone with agents and returning inadequate, incorrect or damaged, spoiled groceries..Those that rely on delivery service obviously are either elderly, disabled homebound or don't drive and to take advantage of them knowing they can't do much to offset your incompetence isthe most unprofessional aspect of this "service"..All your first, second and third tier agents can do is apologize, throw discount codes around and tell them they're "valued" customers. .Wake up Walmart!

Walmart Delivery service is horrible

Walmart Delivery service is horrible. We have been using this service for 3 months because my wife had a serious accident. 9 out of 10 times items are missing, damaged or expired. Today an item had a 2024 expiration date. Produce is hit or miss. By the way I usually leave 4 to 5 stars on my reviews. Other than the delivery service I love walmart.

Grocery order failure in times provided.

This is the 4th time in a row this has happened. Placed an order to have delivered and payed an extra $5 for fast service. Said would be delivered with in the 3 hour wimdow. Received message saying tjere is a delay of 45 min. That time came around and still not delivered. Called up there about 15x and no one ever answered. Received another message saying my order is being put together now. This is now 4hrs past the 45 minute delay. A couple hours go by and still nothing. Remind you I placed this order at 8 am. 11 pm comes around and again another message saying order will be delivered between 4 and 6 pm tomorrow. Bad thing is I only live 3 miles away just don't have a car. This is becoming a very common every day issue for many people. The way myself and so many other people see it is. "IF THEYCANT DO THE TASK IN THE TIME SLOT THEY PROVIDE OR CANT HANDLE THE ORDER FLOW. THEN 5HEY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT BE DOING THE ORDERS FOR DELIVERY IN THERE ESTABLISHMENT." Take the hot on the loss and failure and go back to just being a basic simple walmart.

BAD COMPANY SOLUTIONS

WALMART. So if you order and the driver deliver to a wrong address isnt it calling the driverbthe best bet to go where he delivers and get the stuff back? I guess not. We didnt have food,and my daugther got some money and make some groceries shopping. Drivers deliver God knows where and now we have to paid for his error. We cant even shopping again becsuse we have to wsit days for avrefund. Aggravating. You need a better service. I understand client cant call drivers. But the company can,why can they sent the driver bsck to get the stuff. Some people have no morals. If someone comes with bags to my foir and i didnt order i wont sign for something is not mine.

Produce arrives half dead every single time

I want Walmart grocery delivery to work because the convenience is genuinely appealing and the prices are hard to argue with. But I have received bad produce on six consecutive orders now, strawberries with mold already forming, bananas that were black by the next morning, a bag of salad that smelled off before I even opened it. I've complained each time, gotten credits each time, and then made the mistake of ordering again each time. That cycle ends now. Not worth it.

Do not waste your time with the "free"…

Do not waste your time with the "free" trial Walmart+InHome subscription - and whatever you do dont pay for it. I have ordered two times for my elderly homebound mother and both times she did not receive her groceries. My first order was canceled after waiting from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. without explanation. This is after receiving an earlier update that it was running late but would arrive by 7:10 p.m. After screwing around with their unhepful customer disservice department, i had to reschedule the order for today. Today the groceries were supposed to arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. At around 1:00 I was notified that my order was running late and 2:00 was the estimated arrival time. I received another test at about 2:00 p.m. that it was delayed with no estimated arrival time. My mom waited from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for a second delivery that did not arrive. I also called customer service several times throughout the day and got different responses from different reps: it would arrive by 6:00 p.m., then 8:00 p.m., then 11:00 p.m. The last person I spoke to said they had no driver and they wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow morning at the earliest.

Walmart plus is a complete waste of money

Walmart plus is a complete waste of money. Four or five times now they have just not delivered my order. It says it would be delivered that evening. Then at the end of the night there was an error and it said it would be delivered the next morning and then not only does it never show up, but nobody bothers to check the system and figure out why. It's left to the user who's already been charged, to go in and figure out where their package is and figure out why they didn't have it because nobody at Walmart cares whether or not you got your package, as long as they got paid. I had to join Walmart plus because my car was stolen and totaled and I was in a situation where I could not afford to travel. Walmart plus has done absolutely nothing but make this situation more difficult. Don't waste your time or money. Use one of the big companies like Amazon or instacart.

Idiot delivery drivers

Stupid drivers can't even figure out how to navigate and deliver to the proper address. I do not order from walmart. My neighbor does. Atleast ten times now, the delivery drivers have come DOWN my horrendous driveway. It is winter. It is ice and snow. And they come down in bald tired priuses thinking they're going to get back up the hill. Let's all laugh together. My poor husband has had to push their vehicles up the driveway to get them off our property. We put up a giant, reflective sign with our house number up top the driveway. We've posted no trespassing signs on either side of it. We have CALLED Wal-Mart delivery customer service to get their third party delivery service to stop but it still happens. Numbers are a universal language. I don't understand what is hard. It's not even about making a mistake anymore. Every time my neighbor orders something, it comes here. Our house numbers are not the same.

When Walmart rolled out their delivery…

When Walmart rolled out their delivery service I thought that was amazing and that Walmart hit a home run. But, for the past several months that I've paid for their monthly subscription the delivery has been unacceptable. I have to get my medication prescriptions delivered. I have specific instructions noted as well as a signature to be required. Each month, in the past 3 months, I've had the first 2 drivers throw my prescription at my apartment door and walk off. I heard the bang and opened the door reminding them that I must sign for the prescription. The last delivery i didn't hear anything but received an email stating the prescription was delivered and left at my door. That is not the instructions on my account. So I went to the door and no package. So I called the pharmacy and they were great to reprocess my prescription. I did call Walmart customer service each of the 3 times and requested a supervisor to call me back. I have yet to hear from any supervisor from Walmart. So this wonderful idea to deliver has gone to crap because Walmart apparently doesn't know how to hire supervisors that return customer requests nor do they know how to speak to the delivery service to correct this huge issue. I'm considering canceling my yearly subscription just because I got no reply from the responsible supervisor at Walmart.

Horrible

This was for me the first and last time. 5 of 6 of my produce items were rotten. The head of lettuce was slimy and almost moldy, tomatoes had holes in them, strawberries were near black, 1 of oranges, half of it was rotten, visably rotten, the rest all had gross things on them. 3 items were delayed over a week. My opinion, this is exactly why Amazon rules in the delivery business, at this rate, Walmart will never catch up.

3rd in row ALWAYS DELAYED WEEKS!! Don't use delivery

Orders always delayed just shows sitting in a facility weeks not days not even one week ...weeks! Third time in a row! DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART DELIVERY! It will be delayed for weeks or lost!!! TRASH SERVICE!

What a mess

After a couple of successful grocery deliveries, all of my orders started being canceled within 30 seconds of my placing them. I've only been a Walmart+Inhome subscriber for a week, and this is a terrible start. I'm going to cancel my subscription and seek a 100% refund. Any friction and I will simply dispute the subscription fee with my credit card provider. I'm not getting what I paid for.

A scam! (Set up by todd)

My first and only time using walmart delivery was awful and won’t happen again. Substitutions were awful and were on items that I specified the substitutions or didn’t want to substitute. Now I’m forced to make returns for others I never desired or ordered. Feels like a scam! (set up by todd)

Stop scamming money from online grocery orders, first of all! Stop allowing your phone reps in cust serf to refund items to passify a customer that never asked for a refund of items. Tou Walmart think you be so fukking smart. I have time to go look at my receipts...I'm older, now! Im going to do my best to bring you guys down to your knees. You are cheap tricked scammers that are taking from snap recipients, low income. I pray to God I live long enough to see the hammer fall on Walmart Inc

Walmart Plus Subscription is a huge waste of money and time

This review I am writing is long overdue. Is Walmart + worth it?? Definitely NOT!I have had nothing but issue after issue after issue after issue with Walmart + since day 1. Many, many issues. And the worst part about it is Walnart has done absolutely nothing to resolve any of the issue/s each time. If the order you place isnt small or 'easy', or requires extra effort, forget it. Those item/s will be marked out of stock. If your order contains items from the deli--forget it. You will be told the deli is either closed or the item is out of stock. Example--I placed an online order the other day and deli ham was an item on the order. They waited until the very last minute to tell me the ham was out of stock. Ham that was on sale and could not possibly be out of stock. So, I called the Walnart and spoke to the associate from the deli. I asked if they had any of the Prima Deli ham left that was on sale. Of course, they told me they weren't out of the ham. The person filling the order deliberately lied to my face because they didn't want to put forth any effort in obtaining the item. And also of course, the ham was the primary reason for that order. Every single order I made from the past 9 (NINE) times there have been missing items. Not just that, if you do not leave a satisfying enough tip, they will purposefully either say they attempted the delivery or they will not respond and leave it for the morning crew to deliver. This has happened to me more times than I can count. If you don't leave a tip at all, you can forget it. Your order will not be delivered that day, or you will have many missing items. This happens to me frequently. And I used to tip well. 10-20$ tips. Until every order of mine came with many missing items, or shows up 6-8 hours later. That's almost every time for me now. Even when I pay the extra money to have the order expedited, it still shows up hours and hours later with missing items. When I stopped tipping that well, 110% do i not receive my order without many missing items. and/or it's hours and hours later. I have shown nothing but pure respect and have had a world of patience with Walmart and this useless Walmart+ program. Another thing, Walmart is faithful in chasing to bill your card if you do not forget to jump through hoops of fire to tell them you want to unsubscribe. They will try to charge you over and over and over and over. It could be weeks of unsuccessful charging at 2 am in the morning and they are adamant at charging you for the useless subscription. The subscription is a terrible waste of money and after tonight, I've had enough. I'm not paying another subscription and will use Kroger from now on.

Just cancelled my membership because…

Just cancelled my membership because everytime I do a delivery it's either delayed or cancelled. The driver was ONE minute away from my home then I got hit with attempted delivery/cancel delivery she didn't even call to confirm anything. Walmart delivery is so unreliable lately my vehicle is down so this is my only option at the moment but I'm definitely going to another store. It's too unreliable and I have children. All this is unacceptable and need to do better.

Don’t use the w home delivery if you…

Don’t use the w home delivery if you want what you ordered. They may even substitute your items without consent after checking no substitutions.I’ll stick w instacart and Amazon going forward as they don’t care about you once the order is dropped. You have to drive to the store to return when it’s their mistake. Don’t let me get started on crushed items like potato chips, eggs and crushed paper plates.Walmart once stood for something - I feel like I’m dealing with a robot - good luck getting a human for customer support. I hope this review helps others to not make the mistake of trusting Walmart to deliver what you ordered and in satisfactory condition.

I ordered groceries from Walmart

I ordered groceries from Walmart. My groceries were delivered to the incorrect address. I called Walmart customer service to have the items redelivered. I was advised my items could not be redelivered, but my money would be refunded. I did not request that! It takes 5 days for the money to get back in my account! I spent the last money I had on groceries, so what am I suppose to do until then! I’m pissed!

Placed an order for delivery because medical issues prevent me from hauling them up 3 flights of stairs. I realize it’s not fun so I always tip appropriately. My driver came in the building and dumped all my bags in the lobby on the ground floor. And of course gave me no notification or call or text or heads up. So 2 hours later when I discovered where my order was I had to go neighbor to neighbor to get help bringing them up it’s humiliating enough not being able to do it myself. Then I call Walmart to complain and get a refund for the melted frozen things and I get passed to 6 different people only to have him promise he was refunding the tip and then not do it. Now the window has passed where I can’t get it refunded. So my driver get her full tip and no reprimand whatsoever for ruining half of my groceries and my entire morning because she didn’t feel like earning her tip. Walmarts non caring attitude about the whole mess has made me decide to cancel Walmart plus after being a lifelong customer. I’ll shop somewhere where they care about the customers and don’t treat them like a bother
