I absolutely love Gymreapers
I absolutely love Gymreapers! Such a great brand and the quality is on point. I am always so anxious whenever I have to reach out to customer service in general just because I’m either talking to a bot or talking to someone who does not care BUT that has never been my experience with Gymreaper. I truly appreciate how they stand behind their products but also how attentive they are to me as a customer. They make every interaction super easy and painless. I always leave feeling valued after any interaction with this company. We will continue to be loyalty customers and recommend this brand to everyone! Thank you for putting the customer first and for always continuing to give great service across the board. Something so simple lost behind numbers and bottom lines. Keep up the great work!

Customer service in their own league
When it comes to customer service I haven't experienced a better team than the gymreapers team. I've been ordering gym gear from gymreapers for a couple years now, and I have yet to have any issues with any of it. All wraps, sleeves, belts, and anything else I've ordered is still in good working condition and seems to stay that way for another long while. I recently lost a pair of wrist wraps and then ordered them again. However, I ended up ordering the wrong set of wrist wraps. So I reached out to their customer service team and explained my situation to them. Within an hour I already had an email back with guidance how to resolve my issue. From using other customer service from different companies I was expecting this process to take about a week, but gymreapers didn't let me down and resolved my situation the same night. That only will keep me buying from them again and again.

Additional Tax charges billed later for orders outside of America
My son ordered a item which arrived in the post in the UK. A few weeks later we received a fedex invoice in the post charging us for export tax plus additional charges to fedex. I have been through all the paperwork he has been sent in relation to his order from Gym Reaper and this has not been made clear to him when he placed the order. I have been through their website and found a paragraph on VAT, this was not easy to locate and I am annoyed that this wasn't communicated when the order was placed. We have ordered from other places in America and the taxes always form part of the order. This should of been clearly communicated and I am disgusted that a company is allowed to add additional unknown charges onto an order especially as the order was placed by a person under the age of 18. I am writing this review to let people outside of America aware of this and my advice would be to not place the order as it has tax implications afterwards. As his parents we are now left to pick up the cost. AVOID!

Bra broke after 6 months of having it. Sent photo and receipt to customer service email. Within 3 days, they shipped off a new one. No issues at all. Ive yet to receive item yet but got confirmation email of shipping with tracking. Will continue to buy from them.

I have gotten a lot of gear from Gymreapers over the years and even tho i’m all the way in Asia, the gear arrives pretty quick and in great condition ! I love the quality and the design, the white skull on matte black aesthetic just never gets old 😎.I had an issue with my last order and i was very impressed with their service. I just emailed them and got a genuine reply (no bot or AI !!!!) very quickly and they helped me resolve the issue with the quickness !!!Yeah these guys are super legit, JUST LIKE THEIR LOGO ◼️💀🙂↕️.

Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I had ordered their lasso straps 6 months ago, and they had shown some significant signs of wear. Customer service covered the full cost of a replacement under their lifetime warranty, responded super quickly, and was very understanding and helpful overall.

They're absolutely amazing!
My 14 year old is 6'3" and 284lbs of pure MUSCLE!!! He power lifts and his all time favorite products are Gymreapers! From his chalk down all the way to his belt, he absolutely LOVES their products!! I recently made an online order and Auto-fill used the wrong address, and within the same day they corrected the issue! As long as my son is powerlifting they have loyal customers out of us!!

Incredible company! From the products to the people and the service, they simply don't miss! I've purchased GR through their app, Amazon and TikTok shop...quality of products is great, everything holds up perfectly through countless gym sessions. Had a recent order experiencing shipping delays and customer service team was exceptional, responsive and assisted with care and respect.
