LADIES PLEASE DO NOT order anything from this site!!!! I ordered 3 bundles of hair and a closure it said three day delivery so after 3 days I checked the mail box to find out theY only sent a peice of my order which was the closure No bundles so now I’m beyond angry and confused there was no receipt no letter telling me where the rest of my order was no explanation or nothing so I had to contact them by email the finally respond and said that the hair was out of stock so I asked why would you guys sale something you clearly don’t have?? All they can say that it’s hard times.. so is it for everyone who here it is almost 2 weeks Still nothing I’m getting very irritated about the whole situation They sent me a tracking number that isn’t even set up yet and will not give me a refund but I will be contacting my bank now please keep it pushing don’t order a strand of hair from these people they are scam artist and they suck

The 22 inch was so thin
The 22 inch was so thin it was translucent. I ordered 4 bundles and it was not worth it I had to Cut the hair into a long bob😩

I've waited over a month for mine.
I've waited over a month for mine.First I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to get an order to restock. Then I had to wait days for it to be restocked and supposedly shipped. I got tracking information and everything only to find d out it was labeled with the wrong city even though its correct on my order form.I think this is a scam. I'm waiting on my refund from ebay.

I ordered a hair topper and what I received in an expected time was exactly what I ordered. However, I cannot use the topper because its size doesn't match my head and it is not the company's fault. They sent me what I had ordered.Something very important that made me trust them was their customer service through Facebook. I asked them to send me some measurement and they took pictures with measurements instead of just sending the numbers. By pictures, I got an idea about the topper and the fact that they had it in their stock and how is the hair density;

My experience has been horrific
My experience has been horrific. They are not a legitimate company and will just take your money and pretend that they will send you the item. I'm glad I am taking it up with PayPal to issue refund now. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

The hair I brought was so thin I used four bundles and it looked like it was only one bundle I want my money back. I will never use this hair again a waste of money. When I received the hair I was like what is this. Very disappointed

Avoid purchasing from them.
They will not send what you paid for until you chase down customer service. It’s embarrassing because I want to support them but some people should not be running a business.
