Yogi hot hair brush
Yogi hot brush bought on ebay for £19.95, control of temperature is on handle which is constantly being pressed if you turn brush through hair. Want to return it, but ebay wants photos, which I am not capable of doing and phone number on Hairheavens t site does not ring and email attempt just goes around in circles. Ebay impossible to speak to.Hairheaven charging £79 on their site for same item!

Bought a zen hair dryer, and on 1st use, within a minute, cut out and began to smoke.Have been emailing daily for over a week to arrange a refund and they don't respond.Product is dangerous and customer service is non existent. If i could leave o stars I would, out of pocket and can't dry my hair. Reported to Trading Standards Avoid

Faulty hair dryer / hair heaven / Superdrug
Received a faulty hair dryer , thinking it was from Superdrug as I had paid Superdrug. But no. It’s from this lot HAIR HEAVEN. Still waiting for a returns label . Days on … shocks me that a company along with Superdrug are so disinterested in sorting problems out. They still have my money with no reply . Appalling service … legal action will be next ….

Also a seller on the famous prime website (not allowed to mention names), be very careful with this company. They sent me the wrong item, not fit for purpose & falsely advertised. Also none returnable which they didn’t state anywhere in the advert or their returns policy. They also ignore you until you contact the CEO of where they are a seller. Completely appalling so called company.

My partner ordered a heatless curler and received a hair dryer. After the first message, they said they will post the correct item and a free return label. Nothing happened and it's been 3 weeks now. I sent them 4 more messages but there was no reply.

Extremely frustrated
Ordered a hairdryer via Superdrug. Did not received what I ordered. Superdrug not willing to deal with this been advised to deal with vendor. Vendor not responding to emails and when I phone message states unable to take your call and cannot leave a message.This is not acceptable and after reading the reviews i wish i had never ordered it if i had known that Superdrug were using a third party.

Item ordered in March. After chasing by email regarding non-delivery was advised on 1st April item was discontinued and would I like an alternative product or a refund. I opted for a refund. As of 4th May, still waiting for the refund. No answer on phone, cannot leave message, all contact via email. Beware.

I don't normally write any reviews at all but thought on this occasion I would to even it up a bit. I did receive the goods I purchased with the 7 days stated and very happy with what I had delivered but did find that not being able to get through on their phone line or leave a message a bit concerning. They did however eventually answer my 3rd email reassuring me that my parcel would be delivered and gave tracking details which did match up when checking plus it arrived when promised. Would probably use again but would like to see better customer service but overall very happy 😊

15 days and 1 lie about it being in the post to admit it was out of stock
I order 1 item and after 14 days emailed them to find out what was happening.They replied with a tracking code which worked but it turned out that the item was 200 miles away being delivered to me.After contacting them again I got reply that the item was out of stock and refunded me.It took 15 days to find out thst the product was out if stock after fobbing me of with a lie about it being in the post.

Ive been waiting 15 days so far and no contact from Hair Heaven about my order, I’ve email twice and called, but no one ever picks up and you can leave a message. Unfortunately I didn’t pay with PayPal, huge mistake as I could easily get refund via them. I will however be reporting the transaction to my bank to see if they can do anything about it. Terrible company and no customer service at all - DO NOT USE. But if you have too, pay with PayPal for the extra protection.

Untrustworthy with zero customer service
I purchased and paid for items that were not received. I waited a reasonable length of time then attempted to make contact with Hairheaven via numerous phone calls and emails, all of which went unanswered. Eventually I asked PayPal to intervene and I quickly received a refund. When I looked back at the website my items were now showing as unavailable.I understand that the items may become out of stock but to ignore all contact is just rude and shows a complete lack of concern for customers. I also should not have needed PayPal’s assistance, the refund should have been immediate as soon as it was realised there was no stock available. Shoddy.
