Avoid

I had never heard of this company until money started coming out of my account. I had foolishly paid £1 outstanding fee for a delivery from a company called DX, whom I believed where a parcel delivery company. I only did so as I had made some online purchases. It appears that Dx and and Hairisitmax are they same people, same IP address. From this they have harvested my bank details and set up a recurring subscription. Their customer service are deliberately obtuse when you contact them. Oh and I'm bald

On the Post Office tracking site

On the Post Office tracking site, it pops up you have won a i phone. You are asked for £1, it takes you through to this Hairsitmax site. I genuinely thought it was a post office competition. I paid the £1, but immediately called my card provider and blocked my card, they had attempted to take the £1, which apparently if it is a scam this is what happens and when they find the card is genuine take more later. I was fortunate that I stopped it without any financial loss. It was only because it was attached to the post office that I fell for it. Not a good way to get new customers, very sneaky and unfair.

Phone doesn’t exist

They call you saying you have won a phone saying it is at sorting office they give you a link first it was at DHL then at delivery express saying send us £1 delivery then you read small print says they will take £17.99 every two weeks when I checked tracking numbers at both couriers not surprising don’t exist so a warning if you fall for this which I suppose 1000 s will oh I forgot first the phone delivered to sorting office was iPhone XR then it transformed into 11 pro magic that isn’t it don’t get conned out of your money delete it
