Lousy service! Ordered my product on February 10th and…
Ordered my product on February 10th and as of February 24th(today) haven't received anything! Both of their customer service numbers just hang up when u call them. Contacted them via email and they told me it's gonna be a few weeks to get my delivery. I said I wanted it in a week or I want my money refunded. They told me they'd give me a 10.00 store credit if I were patient 😂 A WHOLE 10 DOLLARS! To wait over a month! These people should've put this on their website once this shipping issue happened. I'll be getting my refund!

I’ve tried plenty of at-home treatments that did nothing. This one actually made my hair softer and less frizzy for a few weeks. I wouldn’t expect miracles, but it definitely delivered something noticeable.

"Mike" it is true that I received a response from Genesis AI requesting I send a photo of the product to allegedly initiate a return. I immediately responded with the photo. That will be five days ago tomorrow and I never heard back from AI or anyone at Mayraki. After two days I sent an email inquiring about the status of my RMA number. I received no response. At three days, I sent a message through the so called customer service portal. I received no response. So again, it's nearly five days later and I STILL am not any further than when I submitted the last review and you dishonestly said it was taken care of. It was not. It will be taken care of when the full amount of the product and shipping are refunded and not before. Even you can't make progress with your own customer service. They may start to respond, but there is absolutely no follow through. And if you look at the reviews on Trust Pilot, my situation is not unique. Mayraki should be embarrassed including for causing unnecessary issues by not listening to me in the first place and sending an item I explicitly said not to send, and now Mayraki is disrespectfully wasting hours of my valuable time while I try to simply get an RMA number to send the item back for a refund. And on top of it, Mayraki is very unfairly and rudely making me pay for the return Mayraki sent after being told not to multiple times. This is singularly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Again, my order number is order #10182166.

I have placed an order on Monday 2/2 and today is Friday 2/6 still i have not even received confirmation email. My credit card is charged right away but no other info. Looks like it’s a spam website. Tried to call customer service number but looks like its not even a working number

Didn’t smell like a salon chemical
I was nervous because some keratin treatments smell awful. This one didn’t. No burning eyes, no strong fumes. My hair looked smoother after and didn’t feel coated or stiff, which I really liked.

I recommend not ordering from Mayraki, as they neither delivered my product nor issued a refund. I have been waiting for two months for my refund . Please be cautious and avoid this companyYour reply is so funny. For 1 month you are replying your refund is been initiated but that 3-5 days never come.

I ordered colour shampoo and received 2 weeks ago and I have just opened its expiration date is 20/3/2026 which means I have to use 500ml colour in 2 months.that's scam.it was manufactured in 21/03/ 2023.I paid for expressed delivery but I didn't received my order within time frame.

Mayraki doesn’t care about your order, they only want your money
I wrote a review upon your request about a week ago (#10182214) Mayraki through an associate by the name of Mike, replied saying they were onto it and would get back promptly. It appears it was only a way to try and save face here as no action has been taken, the order status is still not visible on their site and obviously no tracking number has been provided. When you are trusting a company for a hair treatment, being left in the midst of it is real bad as you are not only loosing time now as you can’t keep it up but you will actually reverse progress and you are left regretting you did not chose a different company and product to begin with.To make it worse, though they know they can’t fulfil they even offer you fast shipping for an additional fee of course, and that is blatantly lying to customers.

Worth the splurge
I’ll admit, I hesitated because it isn’t cheap. However, having tried numerous cheap alternatives that barely yielded any results, this one actually shows noticeable improvements. After using it for 2 months, my hair feels stronger, less dry, and more manageable. Even my hairstylist said my ends looked smoother than usual. I still straighten sometimes, but I don’t feel like I have to battle every day.

This didn't do much in the first two weeks, and I almost stopped. Around week five, though, my hair started looking thking less rough and uneven. The gray strands don't stick out texture-wise anymore. It feels more like hair care than hair colouning. which I like.

Small change, big confidence .
I was tired of constantly touching up with temporary sprays and root concealers. Once I committed to using this regularly for about 4 months now), I noticed the contrast between my dark hair and greys shrank significantly. It’s not full coverage, but it doesn’t look unnatural either. I feel way more comfortable going out in natural light without extra products on my part line.
