Having lost an earring on holiday put in a claim via my home insurers who sub-contracted the work to Hallmark - they first agreed to replace the item and asked to return its twin for comparison - they then offered a E-Card which was only redeemable at high end jewelers and had had unacceptable conditions attached - the result was that I would not only have to pay my excess but also purchase the equivalent items for 3 times the cost/value of the originals - a complete rip-off designed to line the pockets of Hallmark at the expense of the genuine insured.
Way to go Hallmark you lost a customer.
Hopeless. Got right thru to the point where I provide my credit card details and once that was done, all my work disappeared. I’ve had problems in the past, too. I won’t ever be using them again. And if they deduct money from my account but the card isn’t sent.....woe betide them!
Great services but slow online delivery, which is weird!
Two main issues, there isn’t an option to send a one off e-card, you have to start a monthly subscription. Secondly, I am in Australia and the date you enter is American so my card showed up late evening, leaving the recipient thinking I had forgotten. Wouldn’t use this service again.
Rubbish customer service. Don't ever forget your password and try to get it reset because it will never happen. I made over 100 attempts to get my password reset and received constant error messages even when I followed their instructions to the letter! They clearly have not got a reliable userfriendly system in place so it just basically rejects everything because the system is faulty! Imagine that twenty first century and this well known brand can't even reset a password so how can they be trusted to send an ecard!
