Robbery and a Scam
We booked a tour with this company for over the Christmas Holidays and found out two days before that the company went bankrupt and spun up under "new management". I believe it is still one of the same management from before. However they took all our money (over $1,000). They told us to make a claim with our credit card company however they would not issue a refund because the claim was made more than 120 days after payment. We booked this tour in July so it would have been approximately 150 days when we were notified. This is robbery and terrible consumer protection rights.

This was a fantastic experience. The service was great, everyone was very pleasant. The food was delicious. The captain positioned the boat to where we could see whales and dolphins. Then he took us to where we could see the gorgeous sunset. The water was calm, no chance for seasickness. All in all, a wonderful tour. I would do it again and I highly recommend it.

Robber!!!!I bought an helicopter trip for 3 persons on line the 7th December for 3500$, for the 24th December. I got an email the 11th from Sula indicating the non availability of the helicopter at this date, proposing me some alternatives that I can't accept as it was before my arrival in Hawaii. I agreed via a call on the 11th as well to the whole refund, that could take 5 to 10 days. After several reminders by emails, that are still not answered by anybody, we are the 7th of January and I'm still not getting my money back. This is not acceptable and I recommend to everyone to not work with this company

Avoid if you value your time or plans
Booked a luau and were only informed the evening before our flight -- when it was too late to arrange anything else -- that suddenly "there are no slots available" (but they of course had already charged us).While we did eventually receive a refund, we were still stiffed of our planned Christmas luau experience for my 7 year old through seemingly bad inventory management and travel arrangement by the company, well too late to make alternative arrangements.Edit after reply: Great, but the rejection calls and emails took place on 12/21, 12/22, and 12/23 -- and so if that was the case, they were done by the "new management" without any indication that it was due to improper handoff, and were extremely curt and unapologetic; in short roughly that it was too bad if I didn't like it, and nothing will be done. It appears that only now, when it may impact your image, do you seem to care.

I’m a semi full time resident and have attended numerous luaus with visiting family and friends. A difficult time getting rezs this time of year but Hawaii Tours came thru no ka oi in securing prime seating for what turned out to be a superb and memorable luau for visiting family, friends and of course me, Mauirob 🤙🌴

Sai was a great guide with a lot of knowledge for all the sites we went to. I was expecting more bites with the sites but it was not a dedicated food tour so that was more on me than the tour. A great way to view different parts of the island if you don't want to rent a car.

This company is horrible, Pay your bills so I don’t get called by the boating company directly to cancel my excursion for nonpayment from your office. No return phone call. No return email. No credit for the excursion do we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. You all need to get it together.
