I've been with Home Care Delivered for several years. This a company striving to survive with the big distributors/suppliers and making great strides. They've grow over the years they've been in business because, in my opinion, of the personalization, care and friendliness of their customer service. You're not a number or an invoice for this company to call and have you reorder. You're not pestered with phone calls or letters in the mail to update your prescriptions. You receive a simple email to reorder once a month and it takes two minutes to take care of. You're treated and spoken to as a person in need of supplies and help in ordering them. They know you by your first name and speak to you with respect and understanding. They acknowledge your privacy no matter how embarrassing. Speaking to you professionally and friendly at all times. They take the initiative to contact your medical providers and insurance companies by fax or e-mail to renew your prescriptions by your doctor. Its just as simple as a thank for your business. How many companies out there do that anymore? You may be able to get lower prices or get your needed supplies quicker by other companies, sure. But, you'll not find another company that treats you like family and is as respectful as this company is. Contact a Customer Service Rep and speak to them yourself. Try them for a few months it's worth your time.

Like clockwork, good communication.Have been using for over 5 years.Only criticism is that HCD should warn when a new prescription is needed as it requires an in-person visit to see doctor every 6 months, at least for Medicare. Instead of having to call and ask.

HOME CARE ADDED ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER, I REFUSED TO PAY FOR THEM. I BOXED THEM UP TO MAIL BACK, AS PER PHONE CONVERSATION WITH HCD. THEY THEN TOLD ME NOT TO SEND THEM BACK. NOW I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR THEM, AFTER QUALIFYING FOR HARDSHIP STATUS AND THAT I AM NOT TO PAY FOR MY ILEOSTOMY SUPPLIES.
