Dishonest business practices
I paid $20 express shipping for something they say was “back ordered” when I saw ZERO indication this was the case upon purchase or I would not have purchased it and paid for express shipping. I waited WEEKS for them to ship during which time the customer service agent refused to cancel the order or adjust the shipping because their company is “too big” and they receive “thousands” of orders. I have purchased from much bigger companies than this without issue. Will not be purchasing again.

I love most of the products I have…
I love most of the products I have continued to buy. I only have one negative purchase of an item which I don't know how to use so pretty much a waste of money : ( (hard when we live on a limited income and have to be careful how we spend our money) I still don't know whether the item I bought is to be taken orally or otherwise.

You need to use UPS or FedEx....USPS is broken and don't know what they are doing. My package went in the wrong direction by several states. I finally received it on Valentine's Day. USPS should close up.

I love that I can clearly see which products are in stock, which are available for pre-order, and the exact quantities available — this makes everything so easy and stress-free.On top of that, they regularly have great offers and discount coupons, which is a huge plus and makes their high-quality products even more accessible.Their customer service truly deserves special mention.
