Shipping cost on a small product is way overpriced and it still takes 3-5 business days!
Shipping cost on a product that only weighs .32 of an ounce is "robbery". For that price, it should have been overnight!

TOTAL SCAM OPERATION
Placed order on February 3, 2026 for a Charger. Item neer sent and requested a REFUND for 35.00dollars. Called and sent emails, Multiple times. No Refund. If you steal 35.00 how can I trust you with anything????DO NOT BUY, A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

They still have my payment after getting an email that I had successfully canceled my order. I'll have to get Paypal involved. They are a scam company.

Poor Customer Service
Shipped quickly. Didn’t get what I thought what I was getting. That was probably my error. So I asked for a refund. It has been a month since I have asked for an RMA. I call them weekly for an update. They keep blaming it on their vendor. And… they do charge a 20% restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping. Hopefully I will get my RMA number soon. Time will tell. But I am really tired of calling them.

They sent the incorrect items
They sent the incorrect items. It took a long time to get a return label. Then they tried to short me on the refund. They still have the items I wanted to order on the website, but they don't have them, they are just trying to scam people out of their money.

Worst experience ever while ordering…
Worst experience ever while ordering health supplements. I wish I had read their reviews before ordering :( They took forever with my order, more than 6 weeks, then I decided to cancel, since they claimed they had a large volume of orders which seems unbelievable. I request my refund and 4 months later, I still fighting for. Stay away from this company!

I would give them a zero! The absolute worst. 3 phone calls, 5 chats, 3 emails and still no refund. I had to go to PayPal and file a claim to get my refund. HPFY are simply terrible.

They don't ship in a timely manor as stated...
Their website states orders are shipped within 3-5 days - my order was finally received 25 days after ordered, and that was after I contacted them to find out where my order was. Ofcourse their excuse was the item was on back oder, which was not previously stated. They also charged my credit card immediately. This was the second time I ordered from them with the same results. It's a good thing I didn't need the product right away. I will say they have many products at a reasonable price, just don't expect to receive in a timely manor.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. This website is a SCAM! My grandpa ordered a product from them. Never received it, struggled getting ahold if customer service, once we made contact they said they would issue a refund, then all of a sudden my grandpas credit card had over$1,000 worth of charges that he never made.... Had to go through all the steps to get it fixed. But DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE, IT IS FAKE

Horrible Customer Service Scam
My order was delayed 2 weeks past the 4-5 days shipping promise. When I tried to return it, they strung it out even further with promising emails that the lable would be sent and many delays to send the return label only to finally inform me they would not process the return because the item was discontinued.

They seem to be a GREEDY MIDDLEMAN. They stock nothing, I canceled order after no movement for a week. A month later still no refund. Called and got someone who said 3-5 days. What BS.I will never deal with them again.
