Money paid, no product, no refund
I placed the order on Wednesday 18 February 2026 to be delivered on Thursday. Money taken of account. No response, no reply. I called, left messages, I wrote in their WhatsApp , filled the online contact form, sent them email. Still no reply. Received message from DPD today that they haven’t received the parcel. Very disappointed. I need the refund. Very disappointed

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN
I took delivery of some frozen tilapia fillets on Friday 23/01/26. They were inadequately packed and the ice packs had partly thawed. The fish had mostly thawed. Obviously I could neither eat nor refreeze the fillets. Some felt like ambient temperature, so I put them in the recycling bin. Their advertising blurb says that the ice packs will maintain a safe temperature for 40 hours. Based on when DPD received the parcel, it was only in transit for 14 hours.Obviously poorly packed by Healthy Halal.Since then I've phoned, left messages, emailed 3 times and messaged via instagram. Silence. Like I said, they take your money and run.

NOT HALAL. Buyers beware
Buyers beware. This is NOT halal meat or chicken. I bought from them for years thinking it is all halal until when I investigated and asked them twice: (1) Are any of the animals stunned? (2) Is each animal slaughtered by hand? They failed to answer these questions just said it is all halal. I discovered in the UK only Halal Monitoring Committee fulfills all the requirements for the meat and chicken to be fully halal. It is not enough to say 'Grass fed', even supermarkets sell Organic meat and chicken that is not halal. Slaughter done by machines and or stunning used lot of the animals already dead before throat is cut. This is not halal.

I placed my Christmas order as soon as…
I recently placed my Christmas order and experienced a few hiccups, but Healthy Halal resolved everything quickly and efficiently via email and phone. Their customer service was excellent.I really appreciated how smoothly they handled the situation.

HORRIBLE TASTE!!
First delivery was great, albeit delayed but no worries. Second delivery the chicken skin tasted awful! Like formaldehyde! Completely inedible. Pre-marinated achari chicken had the problem, the whole chicken had the problem, the baby chicken, and the chicken legs. Absolutely awful. The chicken looked all ok but still the taste was there. Would never buy from again.

Do not order your halal meat from here
Do not order your halal meat from here. They under weighed the meat by huge amounts. I bought 1kg of sirloin steak for £33 and they sent 1 steak weighing 200 grams. I've emailed them twice, submitted a from on their website and left messages on their phone number that they do not answer. Complete rip off and scammers.

Guys…weigh what they send you. They have under weighed my orders every time and by huge amounts. I have contacted customer service and they have ignored me…I see it as a blessing in disguise as I have moved on and order from elsewhere and the quality of the meat tastes better and makes me feel a lot better (called halal origins).

Doubtful Halal authenticity Sharing my experience only,I have been ordering from them a lot of times referred by a trusted person. As theyre cleaner than many butchers, availability of parts of beef that you cannot find at local butchers- only beef leg is available for somehow. Last time I ordered, my order came in a BISTRO PIERRE box, I got surprised as its first time, I called the line no answer, I texted their whatsapp they too said its unacceptable they would not eat. They are arranging return. Its a staff mistake. What kind of mistake is this how would this mistake be possible and which way to explain why bistro pierre box is there thats what im trying to understand I googled Bistro Pierre its a french restaurant?! And it says on the box “FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOURS”. They said “they all are muslim and they hate non-halal food”We are not allowed to doubt, and need to have husn zan and trust our Muslim fellows, however I doubt and dont know who I am typing to. Who do I trust? Theyre already not hmc, not answering calls, I wont make Quran quiz on the phone, or shall I ? I wont be ordering from them anymore to feed my family as I felt uncomfortable with the unknown source. I am fearful to damage someones business but I felt responsible to share my experience as well.

I ordered texan BBQ Beef ribs but came less than I though. I messaged then and they have been soo understanding.. I understand they are busy at times and they don't have a dedicated person on emails and messages as they prob doing 101 other things at the same time!They had sorted my issue out and will order again from here.. not sire why they have such a low rating.. hope my 5 stars put ls them in a better light!! Unhelpful Customer Service. Buyer Be Aware.
Ordered x3 Beef steaks, all were thinly cut and barley able to cook medium rare. On contacting customer service they would now refund me as I only sent them one picture. The service was so pathetic that they could not even offer a credit note which costs them nothing. Too greedy and unhelpful. The steaks were not cut properly at all almost like they were saving on meat. Word of advise, when you buy and its not up to standard take picture of everything as these guys are so greedy they fight tooth an nail not to give anyone a reasonable solution. A business like this will go down as they don't know how to maintain a healthy customer service.

Ruined Christmas!
I’m beyond angry! I ordered a capon for Christmas, opened to cook on Christmas morning and it stunk! The use by date was the 29th. Do not buy from this company , absolutely disgusting. Money down the drain and ruined my Christmas Day.

Don't use this company
I ordered and paid for a turkey for Xmas on 5th November. I didn't receive a confirmation order number or details of what I had ordered so I emailed them and asked for it. They gave me an order number but nothing else. I signed into to my orders on their website many times and there isn't any record of my order. To date I've emailed them numerous times and they still haven't provided me with the order details including the delivery so I've cancelled the order and asked for a refund within the 14 day period. So far I haven't received a refund. Having a closer look at their details it appears their contact number is in France and not in the U.K. which I find disturbing. Please DON'T deal with this company otherwise you could be out of pocket.Update: Got a refund on the 22.11.23

Took money out my account and never delivered my subscription box. This happened on two occasions. The amount of meat sent is never correct. I’m glad I’ve cancelled as it’s been nothing but a headache dealing with them.

Big family summer gathering ruined
Big family summer gathering, large food order made to HHO giving plenty advanced notice and paid in full. The day before the party and get an email that they cannot fulfil the order. even worse, food did not show up at all! 3 days later, after all family left, food turns up although had not been refrigerated so all food was spoiled. HHO customer service took no responsibility and blamed the local courier. No refund offerred so still chasing for a resolution. Very disappointed.

Appalling marinaded meat, looks nothing like the photos, very little marinade and tastes awful. Have tried a few of the marinaded products they are an absolute disgrace

Had an issue with my delivery recently. Some packaging had burst in transit and some of the contents spoiled. I wasn’t happy with the quality of some of the items either. To their credit they contacted me and resolved the issue swiftly and to my full satisfaction. I can’t complain and would recommend them and use them again.

I made an order to be delivered on 31mar, for Ramadan period. It was delivered to the wrong adress on 12apr even though I had sent them an email with the correct adress about two weeks before. Being ill I had to go out in search of my parcel. After checking it I noticed there were some items missing. I have got them today on 5may ... And the order was supposed to have been delivered on 31 mar!!!! Compensation? A small box of beef sausages in the first delivery on 12 apr. Nothing as compensation in the box received today for the missing items , one month and 5 days later after its expected delivery. Not even an apology! Worst customer service ever!

Don't, they don't care
I had been with this company since maybe 2017, I think my wife saw it on a blog or something and we decided to try it and eveytime they were late, we didn't mind because the quality was good, then It all changed. Packaging has become worse, as well as quality, and when we asked why we weren't seeing the discounted price being applied when they kept on promising us every time it was late, they said, "what discount"?That did it for me.I must have spend thousands,After ordering with them For years, I'm finally done.
