My husband has been wanting a new pair of the transition lenses. He has a couple of the regular ones and loves them, so I signed up for their emails and got a coupon. They shipped the very next day! Very happy with my shopping experience. And he's always getting compliments on his sunglasses.
Great sunglasses. Comfortable, stay in your head i even dropped them a few times, I have also had the lenses covered in concrete which I washes off when they it dried.Only con I can think of it they sit forward on your nose which let's glare on on the side of your eyes but besides this I definitely rate them well.
There instagram marketing person Is rude and making them loose business they need someone different asap won't buy ever again
Great shades , few guys at the job have em . Shipping time is horrible they must use pony express waited almost 2 weeks just for shades 🤦♂️ . If buying as a gift give your self atleast a month of ordering time. Other than that they are a great product 🤘
Poor/slow/ rude customer service.Very expensive, quality is average.Lens scratch super easy.Been a customer for a few years. Going to try other brands next.
Had a little issue with delivery, not the fault of HeatWave, more a carrier issue...but their customer service guy, Kyle was quick to respond & was there to help find a resolution. My son loves this brand & the company is off the charts with their customer service.
Nice designs and the lenses seem good for the price, but the pair I brought snapped shortly after buying them. The fell from around 1 metre to the ground, the left arm connection snapped instantly. So despite the initial positive reaction of this brand, the reality is these sunglasses are not great quality at all. Very brittle plastic and flimsy connection points of the frame.
I have had a few pairs of the heatwave futuretechs and they all break at the middle plastic piece above the nose. Heatwave has warrantied the defective product but now refuses to warranty them because I purchased the glasses over 12 months ago. This is an obvious defect and I'm curious how many other people have had this problem. I won't be buying anything from this company again.
Low quality sunglasses made in Taiwan, they feel cheap I sent them back, I was charged for shipping and restocking fee, I am very disappointed about all those great reviews, no worthy at all.
Z87 Safety Sun Glasses. They scratch very easy. Have owned for 6 months approx and all the coating is coming off the lenses, I assumed it's the polarised coating. They don't sell replacement Lens even though they do come out. $120 for 6 mths of wear. Save ya money folks
Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from them, I received them about a month ago, and it took about 2 weeks to get from California to Eastern Canada, so not too bad.I didn't have any shipping issues, was able to track the package easily, didn't need to contact customer service. Website is easy to navigate. Pricing seems a bit high on some of the models, and the glasses aren't any better quality than others you would purchase. You're basically paying for the novelty of them.Only issue is that the Vise type seem to slide off your nose easier than the Lazer Face type.Love the look of the glasses, they are very comfortable, and they definitely turn heads!I would recommend them, and will most likely be buying more.
