Disappointing. Poor quality, not as described.
I ordered gold baubles and the ones received can only be described as yellow, bright yellow.Not what I was expecting at all.I was also overcharged, which I had to point out, and they said I would get a refund.No one answers emails or the phone. All very disappointing.

I bought a pug and a dachshund light for xmas gifts.I have never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life.On there site they look like stained glass lights. For sale at £60 each.They were advertising them for half price for black Friday.So I bought them as gifts.What i recieved was a plastic mould that looked like a 3yr old had painted it. I was disgusted I wouldn't have paid £5 for them if I'd seen them before I ordered them. They are only fit for a child's bedroom or the bin.Not something I could give a family member or friend as a gift

I had a really positive experience with Heavenly Homes & Gardens I ordered a ceramic umbrella stand and a vase. Customer services were so helpful I emailed them to clarify the colour of the umbrella stand and they sent me photos of the item in the shop so I could get a clear idea of the colour to match with my hallway. I was concerned about the postage as they were fragile items but I need not have worried. Both items arrived really well packaged and were both in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend

Poor quality products, unprofessional customer service and still no refund!
I ordered three garden obelisks and the two that arrived totally bent out of shape because they had shoved the smaller one inside the larger one, so much so that we couldn't remove it. The finish was meant to be uniform brown rust but in reality this looked nothing like the images on their website it was a bright orange colour and very patchy, with all the orange powder coming off all over our hands and into the packaginge (thin black plastic that had torn everywhere on arrival). Things have just gone from bad to worse - this was three months ago and despite them having accepted a return and organised the collection, I still haven't had a refund from them despite me emailing them. The second issue was a larger obelisk (over 2m) that was part of the same order but arrived separately. This wasn't bent or damaged but had the same patchy orange finish which had come off in places. When I complained to them about this they said that it would rust in time when left outside! They said that because it hadn't arrived damaged I would have to pay separately for the return, and couldn't be returned with the other items because it was large and needed a different postal service. I am contesting this at the moment because the packaging is completely torn (having arrived this way) and according to the courier's website, they won't accept poorly packaged items. I'm also having to pay over £40 to return an item which is defective and doesn't match the images and description on their website.

Appalling customer service and Defective Goods
Appalling customer service, bought a ceramic napkin tray and was full of defects - black spots, running paint and defected ceramic.Customer service couldn’t apparently see the defects but yet said all the rest they had in stock had the same defects !!!So they couldn’t be bothered basically !Offered me 10% off so just over £1 to keep the item - would cost me more to drive to the post office to drop it off ! Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to sell defective goods especially when there is no mention of defects in the description !They also need a course on Customer Service !

Ordered a lovely heart jug from them online in the middle of the night, sent a message asking if they could ensure it arrived within a couple of days as I need it for a belated valentine meal I'm doing at the weekend and at 8.29am I get a despatch email notification for 48hr delivery and 9.02am a personal email saying that they have done that for me. Now if that isn't service I don't know what is! Love dealing with companies with that top personal touch. Hopefully Royal Mail keep their half of the bargain now ha ha Thanks again Heavenly :)
