I recently discovered Heroicgamez after a friend told me about them, after a bit of debate with myself I decided to set up a Subnautica server. I let them know after I had completed my transaction and it was left pending and within 5 minutes or less they got back to me and immediately helped me get everything set up properly. They communicated through the entire set up and apologized for how long it was taking (not long at all).10/10 would use them again.

I used to have my FiveM server there and my Minecraft server for a moment and i was satisfied with their customer support and their servers. I never had huge downtime, just the servers reseting time to time but that's practically nothing.Overall 5 stars for everything.
