It's been a rough ride. I started out with one rep but due to technical issues was moved to Julie. She has been an absolute trooper dealing with the shenanigans. Nothing flusters this powerhouse. She WILL find a way to get things fixed. If it weren't for her, this rating would be a lower rating. The people are what make the company and I hope this company values Julie!Thank you, Julie!

Careful with these guys, I only halfway signed up when I noticed something not right with my app. They then proceed to spam and blow you up on text, phone, and email with no respect and no regard for the potential customer.

Not just at 1st stage for getting merchant after that follow up and aways been touch for any issue or any assistance ever need . she is the asset to the comany and a pillor to fare and fly too . Overall not complicated process. Pretty fast and minimum headache. The greatest part for me is quick response from the representative in any and all kind of communications

I came to High Risk pay through my Account Rep. Julie. She has been my account rep for the last 4 years and I don't think I would be where i'm at today without her guidance. She has provided me great advice, and direction on a host of issues concerning my merchant accounts. The company has been good to me and my company, and I wouldn't want to have any other account Rep other than Julie. I solely rely on her advice and direction for any and all things Merchant related. Julie has been AMAZING !!!!!!!!!! I have never had a credit processing company that has took such good care of me .
