Simple, easy to use

I recently moved and used this site to find internet in my area. They show you internet based on zip code and sent me on my way! It was easy to use, helped me see a list of internet companies without needing a bunch of separate Google searches. They also show user reviews which were helpful in choosing.A simple, easy experience!

Super simple to find a new internet…

Super simple to find a new internet provider prior to moving into my new house. I wish it was easier to find deals in the search tool.

Helped us choose a new provider

We were tired of the internet provider we had and wanted to switch but weren't sure which provider to choose. This website helped us narrow down the choices!

They won't take my review

They won't take my review and even though I know some of the providers in the area are good, they are obviously filtering it by the providers that pay them. Very slanted.

This site is Cable Company Propaganda

No way to verify ownership of highspeedinternet.com - that's shadowy as can be. Want to bet $ this is Comcast or some consortium of copper-wire companies desperate to hang onto their market share by flooding the web with fake search results. When you search for High Speed Internet in Longmont, CO you should DEFINITELY come up with NextLight residential service - $50/month for 1Gb symmetrical. Copper simply doesn't compare and Comcast knows it. This is their death-knell and they KNOW IT. Tactics like this are just more proof of their dishonesty and criminality.

Total SCAM,

Total SCAM,called all 3 supposed providers, the first being AT&T , the second was Viasat, quoted triple the AT&T price, the third HUghesNet I called twice and both times they answered the person said they were AT&T, when I asked about that they said the script said that. So I asked who owned the business I was calling and they never said. They kept saying they could start services with any of the 3 companies for me. In the end they claimed Hughes, net does not have service in my are, even though in the beginning they claimed it did.

Buyer/Researcher Beware

This company lists their information on their site based on how much commission they're paid by the companies they list on their site, not by the most compiled reviews from other aggregated, relevant sources. Their own site says ...."when you order service from these providers, they pay us a commission. Our affiliate relationships can also affect which ISPs appear on our site and where we rank them. (Other ranking factors include government data, in-depth research, and our own expertise in the internet field.)" This means when you do a search in your area for a provider, they also list them in order by their most profitable affiliate, not really by the best providers. If they want to be a source of authority, it should be based on aggregated data from reviews across the web and all information available, not commission-based. Buyers and researchers for best information beware.

Went to look for a provider in my area

Went to look for a provider in my area. Highspeedinternet.com listed several services but the information was incorrect. When I attempted to leave a review on my current provider the website said it was having technical problems -" try again in a few minutes". I tried on an off 11 times over the next two days (never would accept the review). They don't want reviews on the providers they are selling.

Great for Comparing Internet Providers

This site has been a helpful resource for comparing internet providers near me. I can check the providers in my area all the way down to my zip code. Comparing customer reviews and internet speeds made it much easier for me to choose the best provider. I would definitely recommend this site for anyone searching for the best ISP in their area.
