Still waiting on my depreciation funds…
Still waiting on my depreciation funds from 5 months ago. No phone call or communication from Hillis. Worst adjuster have ever dealt with.

I will not be using this adjuster…
I will not be using this adjuster company again. They kept lying to me that if they filed my insurance claim they would get me enough money to fix my damaged basement. During the inspection with the insurance agent, Lou told me I would get the most for my claim. However, my insurance paid not even the minimum for my claim. I felt lied to by Lou and his team. I don’t even have enough payout to finish fixing my basement. I would advice anyone trying to hire Hillis to think twice and do it yourself if you can.

Hillis worked very hard and took as much time as was needed to make sure we got what we deserved from our insurance company for the storm damage that was done to our house. They would not take “no” for an answer and they fought hard on our behalf, and we are very appreciative for all that they did for us!

Dan,I can not express my gratitude enough to you and Hillis Public Adjusters! I’ve never used a public adjuster before and was referred to you by my neighbor after Hurricane Sally hit my home in the Florida Panhandle September 2020.My wind insurance policy sent me $23,000 for my damages. That would not repair near the damages I sustained from the Hurricane. Thanks to you Dan and Hillis Co. you had my wind insurance company pay over $186,000!That’s over $160,000 or 7 times more than they originally paid.Thanks to you all I’ll be able to repair home.Incredible Job!

Public Adjuster Perfection
Don Martin of Hillis was highly recommended by a friend who raved about the significant insurance settlement she received after Don had intervened.
