I used his and her hair for approximately 15 years. then I began to notice the change in quality. Then I get this really bad sample. not like any I have had before. It was mop-worthy hair. I complained I sent it back. They kept it and said we don't want your business. I purchased approximately 180,000. of hair and they told me to 'HIT THE ROAD". I never looked back.
