I put a complaint in with homebase over if I could put zero stars I would of done they.r not worth 1 star
I put a complaint in with homebase over a electric tip desk fan paid 20pound for it it wasn't worth 20p I got it on the 25th my friend put it together for me it had 2 settings on it high and low it kept on going on the low flow i took it back on the 30th the manager was the rudest person I.v come across he put it on for 2 seconds and said your not having a refund there is nothing wrong with it and not re sellable the fan went back in the box the day I bought it I.v been going in there for years on the 21st I spend 79 pound in there this is the homebase at Beckenham Hill I done a review on here the other day and homebase read it goy back to me saying they investigated and they stand by there manager I wasn't happy about it when I took it back I left it on the customer service desk I will never ever shop there again and I asked them by email what has happened to the fan that I left there I was fuming over I should of stuck with the range when I went in homebase on the 21st I thought how it's gone down hill in here the range it far superior and wicks so HOMEBASE YOU.V LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER I.M NEVER GOING BACK
