Do your research, it's a waste of money and time.
I paid for their mls flat free listing service and for months I haven't had any calls or any interested buyers. A local realtor told me that it's not listed in the correct area for max exposure. It's very difficult to reach anyone. I've left messages and you have to wait to hear back from them after many attempts. I do not recommend this service, do your research. They are doing the bare minimum, and taking your money. I've wasted months and never had one interested potential buyer. This is a red flag
