Extremely disappointed with their service. I booked a dumpster and they processed my payment immediately. Two days later, they called to say they hadn't checked the address correctly and canceled the service.

The dumpster was delivered within a couple hours after ordering and placed exactly where I wanted it. It was clean and actually had a door on the narrow end that could be opened for large or very heavy items to be discarded. I am well pleased so far. Thank you, Gary

Hometown referred my order to Junk…
Hometown referred my order to Junk King. Order was confirmed by Hometown to be delivered today. I called Junk King to confirm delivery time and received nothing but a runaround. They had no record of my order and said I had to contact you and your offices are closed. Clearly I am not getting the dumpster today. I want to cancel the order through Hometown and don't feel I should be charged a cancellation fee.

Requested service on a Thursday
Requested service on a Thursday. I was told they will confirm and let me know within 3 hours if they were able to drop off for that date. An hour later I received a text stating they were unable to do that delivery date and i would not be charged on my account. They still charged my account and I'm still waiting for the charge to come off. Called customer service and she said it would be off in an hour. 2 days later I'm still waiting for the charge to come off

I rented a 20 yard roll off dumpster…
I rented a 20 yard roll off dumpster through "HOMETOWN DUMPSTER RENTAL" for a company called DumpStor! I called DumpStor the night before the planed pickup date and told DumpStor I would need it longer! DumpStor said that the roll-off would be mine until I called to have it picked up! Immediately the next day "HOMETOWN DUMPSTER RENTAL" made DumpStor pick up the dumpster! When I called in shock, DumpStor told me they had NO choice because I had rented it from a third party "HOMETOWN DUMPSTER RENTAL"! What kind of idiotic company does NOT work with their subcontractors to satisfy their CUSTOMERS? "HOMETOWN DUMPSTER RENTAL" obviously does NOT care about their subcontractor customer needs and wants! I will NEVER get suckered into working with "HOMETOWN DUMPSTER RENTAL" ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
