I own a triplex and get "want to buy your house" postcards. I thought of actually calling, just to see what my place might be worth, but, boy oh boy... I will NOT call them. I went to bbb and yikes... lots of complaints about pushy tactics and robo-calling. It's best that they don't even realize that I "might" consider sellinge.Houzeo rates them at 1.6/5*. To sum them up they seem to pay $50-70% of what your "ugly" house is.No thank you, with such a reputation I don't even want to call them for it's likely I'll get endless phone calls (based on what I've read).They are not doing anything illegal but it seems predatory to me.
