This company is a complete SCAM!! We prepaid for 20 appointments and did not receive the service as sold. Only three appointments were scheduled over six weeks and all were no-shows or canceled. No qualified leads were delivered.We were repeatedly told leads were being worked on and were told nine leads existed. When we asked for them, we were then told they were for a different zip code.Communication was poor, phone numbers were inoperable, and ads were not run exclusively for our company but pooled across multiple businesses. A refund was refused, leaving us to dispute the charge with our bank.Communication was unreliable. All provided phone numbers were inoperable, and responses required repeated follow-ups. It was later discovered that advertising was not exclusive to our company but pooled across multiple businesses.Based on our experience, this service did not meet expectations or contractual representations.Please validate the marketing company’s prior to engaging with them. This company is not a valid source for providing services for any roofing or construction company.
